The article presents the initial results of the pilot work of issuing judicial record cards on the VneID application in Hanoi City and Thua Thien Hue province; from there, proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of issuing judicial record cards on the VNeID application in the near future.
4. NGUYEN VAN THANG - Improving the efficiency of search and verification activities serving the issuance of judicial record cards
Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing and evaluating the current state of coordination in searching and verifying judicial record information between agencies in recent times, and on that basis, proposes solutions measures to improve the efficiency of this operation in the future.

7. NGUYEN DANG MAI LINH - Researching and proposing amendments and supplements to some contents of Decree No. 111/2010/ND-CP dated November 23, 2010 of the Government
Research article on Decree No. 111/2010/ND-CP dated November 23rd 2010 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records, pointing out some limitations, inadequacies in the implementation process, from there, the author makes a number of recommendations and proposals to amend and supplement a number of contents of Decree No. 111/2010/ND-CP to contribute to completing the institution of judicial records.

This article provides an overview of the simplification of administrative procedures and analyzes the current situation of administrative procedures related to judicial record cards, from there, offers a number of proposals to reduce and simplify regulations, administrative procedures related to judicial record cards in the near future.

In the article, the author introduces an overview of the Law on Information Technology, then analyzes the difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the Law on Information Technology and makes some recommendations to improve the law.
11. VU THI HOA NHU - Discussion on the validity of goods purchase and sale contracts from the court's practice
This article analyzes different viewpoints when resolving a number of legal issues regarding the validity of goods purchase and sale contracts in practice. From there, the author proposes recommendations to improve the law on the validity of goods purchase and sale contracts.
12. DO TRAN HA LINH, NGUYEN HA VI KHANH & PHAM THI MINH PHUONG - Workers' right to disconnect in the digital age - European Union regulations and some suggestions for Vietnam
This article analyzes the concept of workers' right to disconnect in the digital age; at the same time, evaluates the need to promulgate regulations on the right to disconnect of workers in Vietnam and study the European Union's regulations on the right to disconnect; from there, provides some suggestions for Vietnam in the process of making laws related to this issue.
