1. TRUONG HONG QUANG - Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on human rights and civil rights expressed through the 1946 Constitution and the inherited and developed values in the current period

The 1946 Constitution is a democratic and progressive Constitution, crystallizing the values of the times, reflecting Ho Chi Minh thought on the rule of law state, and is the result of the struggle for independence and freedom of the entire nation. This article analyzes the content of Ho Chi Minh thought on human rights and citizen rights expressed through the 1946 Constitution and evaluates the inheritance and development of these thoughts in the current periodinherited and developed in the current period.

2. VU CONG GIAO - Innovation in legislative activities in Vietnam today - Analysis from models and experiences of some countries in the world

The article analyzes the legislative models and experiences of some countries in the world in innovating the legislative process; on that basis, it connects and suggests some issues that need to be furtherly revised to improve the legislative model and process in Vietnam today.

3. NGUYEN TRUONG NGOC - Improving legal regulations to ensure sustainable employment in the operations of multinational companies

Sustainable work is an important goal in the socio-economic development strategy of each country. Multinational Enterprises (MNEs), through investment activities, play a signifcant role in creating jobs, increasing income and fullflling corporate social responsibility. Vietnam has internalized many international labor standards, but there are still legal "gaps" in ensuring sustainable work, especially for MNEs. The article analyzes the obligations of MNEs under international law, assesses the shortcomings of Vietnamese law, and thereby proposes solutions to improve the legal framework to protect workers' rights and promote sustainable economic growth in the context of integration.

4. TRAN LINH HUAN & TRAN MINH CHUONG - Law on noise prevention - Some shortcomings and recommendations for improvement

Through analyzing and evaluating the importance of noise prevention and the limitations and shortcomings in legal regulations, the article makes some recommendations to improve legal regulations on this issue in order to contribute to limiting negative impacts from the source, ensuring the right to live in a clean environment of the people in the spirit of the 2013 Constitution and the Law on Environmental Protection 2020.

5. TRAN THI HAI YEN - Completing policies and laws on recruiting people with disabilities in Vietnam

People with disabilities have participated in many areas of cultural, economic, political and social life. Recruiting people with disabilities has made a positive contribution to promote the implementation of the right to employment of people with disabilities. This article studies the concept and philosophy of recruiting people with disabilities, and at the same time, analyzes some risks of recruiting people with disabilities, thereby suggesting solutions to overcome them.

6. NGUYEN VAN DUY - Completing legal regulations in the field of financial technology application in Vietnam

The law regulating the feld of technology application in fnancial and banking products is a new issue in Vietnam. Therefore, in recent years, Vietnam has had policies and requirements to improve legal regulations in this feld in order to establish a complete and effective legal framework, consistent with the general international trend and the context of Vietnam in the new period. This article studies some common issues on the application of fnancial technology; common approaches in the world and solutions to improve the law on the application of fnancial technology in Vietnam.

7. TRAN VAN VUONG - Solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in 2024

The article analyzes and evaluates some new points of the Law on Road Trafc Order and Safety compared to the 2008 Road Trafc Law, thereby making some predictions about the impacts of this Law on social life and recommending some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the Law on Road Trafc Order and Safety in the coming time.

INTERNATIONAL LAW

8. NGUYEN PHUONG THAO, NGUYEN THI XUAN HOA & NGUYEN THI KIM HOANG - Protection of works created by artificial intelligence under US law and suggestions for improving Vietnamese law

AI issues are considered not only from a legal perspective but also from a social and ethical perspective, so addressing these challenges must balance the law and society to ensure the promotion of sustainable development. The article analyzes common issues on the protection of works created by artifcial intelligence (AI) in the era of sustainable development. Based on the approach from the law of the United States - a leading country in technology, especially AI, the study suggests some experiences for Vietnam based on the current status of work protection in Vietnam.

9. TRAN THI VIET TRINH - Conflict between freedom of expression and trademark rights from current US and EU practices - Some recommendations for improving Vietnamese law

The conflict between freedom of expression and trademark right is becoming increasingly common in the context of the development of media and technology. The issue of balancing these two rights needs to be considered to protect the legitimate interests of trademark owners and not unreasonably restrict the freedom of expression of users. This article studies and analyzes the balance between freedom of expression and trademark rights in practice in the United States and the European Union (EU), thereby proposing some recommendations to improve Vietnamese law.
