1. VU CONG GIAO - Development trends of legal journals in the world and suggestions for Vietnamese legal journals
Scientifc journals in general, and legal journals in particular, play an important role in transmitting knowledge, maintaining academic standards and promoting innovation. In the context of globalization and the explosion of digital technology, the activities of legal journals are undergoing profound changes. This article analyzes the prominent development trend of legal journals in the world today, including: open access, academic transparency and open review, digital transformation, internationalization and interdisciplinary research, and expanded impact index; thereby, connecting and suggesting directions for innovating the activities of legal journals in Vietnam today to suit the general development trend of the world.

2. BUI THI THU - Discussion on public law and private law in building and completing the Vietnamese legal system
The article studies and analyzes the basic theoretical issues on the construction and division of the legal system on the basis of public law and private law; clarifes the meaning and basic role of the division of public law and private law; thereby suggesting some solutions to build and improve the Vietnamese legal system in the new era.
3. HUYNH ANH - Completing the law on handling property rights used as collateral in credit granting activities of commercial banks động cấp tín dụng của ngân hàng thương mại
The article analyzes the theoretical basis and legal practice on the order of priority of payment when handling property rights used as security in credit granting activities at banks; at the same time, it clarifes the difculties and inadequacies in current legal regulations, especially when there is the participation of third parties such as capital sponsors, controllers, and investors in property rights. On that basis, the article proposes solutions to improve the law to ensure the balance of interests between the subjects, and at the same time, enhance legal safety for credit granting activities secured by property rights.

4. PHAN BA DAT - Completing legal regulations on bailiffs
The article studies, analyzes and evaluates the practical implementation of some regulations in the activities of bailiffs such as: the cost of issuing a copy of a bailiff’s report because the bailiff ofce is storing the original bailiff’s report; the time limit for sending the bailiff’s report and attached documents to the department of justice from the date of completion of the report; the cost of the bailiff's activities in serving papers, documents and fles according to the service contract; from there, proposes solutions to improve some legal regulations on the activities of bailiffs.
5. DO LUONG THIEN - Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the 2024 Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking
The article focuses on analyzing important new points of the 2024 Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafcking, at the same time, identifying some difculties and problems which may arise in the implementation of the Law; thereby, proposing some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the 2024 Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafcking in the coming time.

6. LE THI THIEU HOA & NGUYEN VIET PHUONG ANH - Laws of the Russian Federation on the position and role of the Government in legislative activities
The article studies, analyzes the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and related legal documents, with respect to the position and role of the Federal Government in legislative activities in Russia, contributing to providing reference materials for Vietnam to study and selectively absorb in improving legal provisions on the role, authority and responsibility of the Government in legislative activities.
7. HUYNH THI HONG NHIEN, NGO TUONG VI & NGUYEN THI KIM HOANG- Power control mechanism in the United States and some suggestions for Vietnam
The article studies the power control mechanism in the United States - a typical presidential country, with strict decentralization between branches of state power; at the same time, analyzes the advantages, limitations and challenges of this mechanism in the current political - legal and social context, including fluctuations in the global political system. On that basis, it suggests some experiences for Vietnam to study and selectively absorb to improve the state power control mechanism, suitable to the political, economic, social and cultural characteristics.
8. NGUYEN HOANG CHI MAI - Comparison of lawyer management models in Ethiopia, Nigeria with Vietnam
Lawyers and the lawyer profession play an increasingly important role in the social life of countries around the world. Based on traditional, cultural and social factors, each country will have a different lawyer management model. This article makes overall study, analyzation and evaluation on the management mode of lawyers in Ethiopia and Nigeria; at the same time, compares with the management mode of lawyers in Vietnam; from there, proposes some proposals to improve the lawyer management model in Vietnam.
