1. NGUYEN THANH TUNG - The historical value of women's rights in Vietnamese feudal law
Women's rights in Vietnamese feudal society were formed in the context of centralized monarchy, influenced by Confucianism, clan-village structure and indigenous customs and beliefs. These factors both limited and recognized the status of women. The article analyzes the historical-social context and legal regulations on marriage, family, property, and society, thereby showing that feudal law is both binding and humane, at the same time, suggesting reference value for further improvement of Vietnamese laws on women's rights.
2. DO XUAN QUY - Digital assets and the need to improve Vietnamese law
The strong development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the digital transformation process has created a new type of asset (digital asset) that is created, stored, identified and traded in the electronic environment. This is an inevitable trend, and at the same time, poses a great challenge to the traditional legal system, designed for tangible assets. In Vietnam, the birth of the Law on Digital Technology Industry in 2025 has officially recognized the legality of digital assets, initially creating an initial legal foundation for registration, valuation, management, protection and settlement of related disputes. However, current legal regulations have not kept up with the dynamic development of this type of asset. The article analyzes the concept, classification and role of digital assets; evaluates the current legal framework; points out limitations in management, handling of violations and mechanisms for protecting ownership rights; from there, it proposes solutions to improve the law to ensure safety, transparency and sustainable development of the digital asset market in Vietnam.

3. NGUYEN CONG DANH - Identifying the fundamental change circumstances in Vietnamese law
The article focuses on the research on the conditions for determining the circumstances of fundamental change according to the provisions of Vietnamese law, using decisions, judgments and cases that have occurred in practice to clarify the content of Clause 1, Article 420 of the 2015 Civil Code. The research shows that the current legal provisions on fundamental change are not really suitable to reality. Based on theory and practice, the research clarifies a number of inadequacies and makes recommendations to improve the legal provisions on this content.
4. NGUYEN PHUOC NHO - Completing the legal framework for applying artificial intelligence in online public services in Vietnam
Artificial intelligence is becoming an important factor in improving the quality and efficiency of online public services. However, the application of artificial intelligence in online public services in Vietnam is posing an urgent need to build a suitable legal framework. Research shows that Vietnamese laws in this field still face certain challenges. To solve these problems, the research proposes a three-layer legal model to create a synchronous and adaptable legal corridor, thereby balancing the promotion of technological innovation and the protection of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, ensuring the sustainable development of artificial intelligence in the public sector.

5. LE XUAN TUNG & TRAN THI THU NGAN - Anti-money laundering in cryptocurrency transactions - Experience of the European Union and recommendations for Vietnam
In the context of international integration and global trade, Vietnam is among the top countries with the highest rate of cryptocurrency users in the world. The article analyzes legal regulations on anti-money laundering in cryptocurrency transactions in Vietnam, at the same time, referring to the experience of the European Union and making some recommendations and proposals for Vietnam to study and selectively absorb in order to complete the legal framework on digital assets, ensuring the effectiveness of anti-money laundering in the digital financial environment.
6. TRAN THU TRANG & NGUYEN TRAN ANH THU - Rational use of works for teaching purposes - International experience and some recommendations for Vietnam
In the context of digital transformation, copying and using copyrighted works is becoming more and more popular, awareness of copyright issues is becoming an urgent and deeply concerned topic in the field of education. However, the implementation of legal regulations on the right to trational use of works still has some limitations and shortcomings in the practice. The study analyzes legal regulations and the current status of the right to rational use of works for teaching purposes in some countries, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on this issue.
