The article studies, analyzes and evaluates some shortcomings and limitations in the supervision activities of the National Assembly of Vietnam regarding the implementation of international treaties, thereby making some recommendations and proposals to improve the legal framework, ensuring that the supervision of the implementation of international treaties is increasingly practical and effective.
2. PHAM MINH DUC, NGUYEN VAN QUANG & BUI MAI LINH - Promoting the role and responsibility of youth in completing the law on civil judgment execution in the new era
In the context of the country entering a new era with the requirements of building and completing the Socialist Rule of Law State of Vietnam as well as the requirement to remove "bottlenecks" and "knots" caused by current legal regulations, the improvement of the law in general and the law on civil judgment execution in particular is urgent, especially the draft Law on Civil Judgment Execution (amended) is expected to be passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 10th session in October 2025. In that context, as a pillar, a main resource for building and developing new productive forces, and at the same time a pioneering force participating in new fields, young people in the civil judgment execution sector need to continue to promote their role and responsibility in participating in the work of completing the law on civil judgment execution.
3. HOANG NHU QUYNH & DANG LAI PHONG ANH - Legal responsibility of influencers in advertising activities to protect consumer rights
The article analyzes and clarifies the concept of influencers, the practical situation of advertising models through influencers and advertising behaviors that affect consumer rights. On that basis, the study analyzes some limitations and inadequacies in legal regulations and recommends the improvement of the law on the responsibility of influencers in advertising activities to protect consumer rights.
4. NGUYEN THI LONG & HA TRONG BAC - Completing the legal framework on digital assets and digital asset ownership in Vietnam
The article studies and analyzes the characteristic identification signs of digital assets, the difficulties and shortcomings of the lack of a legal framework for digital assets and digital asset ownership, the experience of the United States and reference values for Vietnam. From there, it proposes a number of solutions to establish a solid legal framework to help Vietnam have the opportunity to develop strongly in the technology field, protect the rights of digital asset owners, maximize the potential of digital assets and continue to firmly step on the path of digital economic development.

5. LE THI THU HANG & TRAN THI PHUONG LIEN - Some issues on preventing and combating corruption in lawmaking in Vietnam - Current situation and solutions
Vietnam is in the process of building and improving the socialist rule of law state. Therefore, the issue of preventing and combating corruption in law-making is an important requirement that the Party and the State pay special attention to. On June 27th, 2024, the Politburo issued Regulation No. 178-QD/TW on controlling power and preventing and combating negative corruption in law-making. However, at present, legal documents on preventing and combating corruption in law-making have not yet provided specific and clear regulations. This article studies a number of issues on preventing and combating corruption in law-making, assesses the current status of legal regulations, and proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work.
6. LA THI VAN ANH - Solutions to improve the 46 quality of activities of judicial experts and judicial expert organizations to meet the practical requirements of litigation activities
Forensic expert conclusion is one of the important sources of evidence, used as a basis for resolving cases and incidents, helping competent authorities conduct proceedings to prove crimes. The article analyzes the provisions of law and the current status of organization and operation of the judicial expert team and judicial expert organizations, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the quality of this subject to ensure accuracy, objectivity and efficiency in litigation activities.

7. LE HONG THAI - Australia's experience in building 54 a legal framework for regulating artificial intelligence and reference value for Vietnam
Like many other countries, the Australian Government is building a legal framework to regulate artificial intelligence (AI) to create fair, safe and reliable results without hindering development. This article studies and analyzes the methods of regulating artificial intelligence stipulated in Australian law and points out some legal challenges, thereby making some recommendations for Vietnam to study and selectively absorb in building a legal framework to regulate AI in Vietnam.
