1. LUU THI PHAN - Discussing some legal theorines and recommendations for improving the law on representation between husband and wife in Vietnam
The article focuses on studying a number of theories, analyzing, and evaluating the current legal situation, pointing out the shortcomings in the legal regulations on representation between husband and wife in Vietnam that are not consistent with these theories. From there, the study proposes recommendations to improve the law on representation between husband and wife in the coming time.
2. NGUYEN DUY HOANG & NGUYEN THI TRA LE - Reforming administrative procedures to promote creative innovation
Administrative procedure reform is an important factor, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative management, promoting the improvement of the investment and business environment, especially creating motivation for creative innovation. This study analyzes the necessity of administrative procedure reform and the current status of administrative procedure reform in Vietnam in unleashing the motivation for creative innovation, thereby proposing reform solutions.

3. DAO QUY LOC - Completing policies and laws to attract Vietnamese legal experts abroad to serve the country's development in the New Era
The article analyzes the need to attract and utilize experts and intellectuals, especially Vietnamese legal experts abroad, in order to create a breakthrough in building and developing the country. Based on the analysis and evaluation of a number of legal regulations and implementation practices, it is shown that Vietnam's current policy to attract legal experts abroad is not effective and has not exploited the scientific and intellectual potential of overseas Vietnamese. From there, the study proposes a number of breakthrough solutions, including completing the legal mechanism, establishing selection criteria and standards, and issuing appropriate incentive policies to attract and maximize the role of this force in serving the construction and development of the country.
4. PHAM MINH HAI - Some solutions to improve the effectiveness of counterfeit prevention and combat in Vietnam
In recent times, the Party and the State have had many drastic policies and solutions to prevent and combat counterfeit goods; however, the production and trade of counterfeit goods is still complicated, with an increasing trend in both quantity and form. This article studies, analyzes and evaluates the current situation of counterfeit goods violations and the difficulties and obstacles in the work of preventing and combating counterfeit goods in Vietnam today, thereby proposing a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.

5. LY VUONG THAO - The role of the liquidator in handling valid contracts in bankruptcy proceedings
In bankruptcy proceedings, the liquidator (asset administrator) plays a key role in ensuring the remaining value of the enterprise, harmonizing the interests of creditors, partners and society. The article analyzes the theoretical basis of the function of bankruptcy law and clarifies the authority of the liquidator in deciding to continue or terminate a contract in effect under Vietnamese law. Based on a comparison with the laws of the United States and France, the study points out the limitations in current regulations of Vietnam and makes recommendations for improving the law to enhance practical efficiency, while at the same time, protecting the interests of all parties involved.
6. NGUYEN HUU HOANG PHUC - Implementing circular economy commitments in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union
In recent years, transitioning to a circular economy has become an inevitable trend for countries around the world, including Vietnam, to pursue sustainable development goals. The importance of this issue has been emphasized in many international commitments, especially new-generation free trade agreements. The Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union (EVFTA) has clearly demonstrated the determination of the parties in promoting sustainable development and circular economy. This research paper clarifies the commitments in the EVFTA related to the circular economy, points out legal issues affecting the effective implementation of the commitments, and thereby proposes some recommendations for Vietnam.
