1. LE THI VAN ANH & NGUYEN THI TO NGA - Some orientations for further improvement of criminal law to meet the requirements of national development in the new era
In response to the requirements of national development in the new era, the improvement of the legal system in general and the improvement of criminal law in particular is an inevitable requirement. The article analyzes current criminal policies and laws and some requirements in the current context, thereby proposing some orientations for improving criminal law to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.
2. DANG VU HUAN - Completing the legal framework on online commercial arbitration under conditions of developing the digital economy in Vietnam
Online commercial arbitration can be considered an innovation and upgrade compared to traditional commercial arbitration, especially in the digital age and the development of the digital economy, there are many commercial contracts signed through digital signatures, e-commerce contracts, etc. Online commercial arbitration is a method of dispute resolution by arbitration through the application of information technology and electronic methods. The article studies and clarifies online commercial arbitration; identifies challenges when applying online arbitration to resolve commercial disputes; thereby, recommends some solutions to improve the legal framework on online commercial arbitration in the context of developing the digital economy in Vietnam.
3. DINH THE HUNG - Completing the mechanism of controlling power in criminal proceedings in Vietnam
Based on the argument that the criminal proceedings are a manifestation of the implementation of judicial power in practice, this article assesses the current status of Vietnamese criminal procedural law on this issue, thereby proposing a number of recommendations to continue to effectively control judicial power in Vietnamese criminal proceedings, meeting the requirements of judicial reform in the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam in the coming time.

4. NGUYEN TRUONG NGỌC & PHAN THI HUONG GIANG - Completing the law on non-medical cosmetic establishments to protect consumer rights
The article studies and analyzes current regulations on the conditions and scope of operation of cosmetic service establishments; identifies some limitations and shortcomings from legal regulations as well as practical application; thereby, it proposes some solutions to improve legal regulations on the management of cosmetic service establishments, contributing to protect the rights of consumers when they use services provided by cosmetic service establishments.
5. DO THI THUY - Law on protecting the privacy of individual customer data at commercial banks
The development of digital technology has significantly increased the risks of customer data security. In practice, there have been many cases of customer data breaches with serious consequences. Protecting customer data is not only a legal requirement but also a decisive factor in customers' trust in commercial banks. This article analyzes the legal basis and practice of protecting the privacy of individual customers' data, thereby proposing specific solutions to protect this right in the banking sector.

6. TRAN THI QUANG HONG & NGO THANH XUYEN - Model of organization and operation of criminal judgment execution of Australia and recommendations for Vietnam
Researching, referring to, and selectively absorbing international experience is one of the important contents in improving the model of organization and operation of criminal judgment enforcement in Vietnam. This article studies the model of organization and operation of criminal judgment enforcement in Australia, from which, it makes some recommendations to continue improving the law on criminal judgment enforcement in Vietnam in the coming time.
