1. LE NGOC THANG - Law on ESG report of Vietnamese commercial banks
ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) report is becoming increasingly important due to the increasing demands for transparency and social responsibility. This article analyzes the implementation of ESG report at Vietnamese commercial banks, focusing on legal regulations and implementation practice, at the same time, it proposes the development of a common framework, enhancing inter-sectoral coordination and the development of supporting policies to improve the effectiveness of ESG implementation, contributing to the promotion of sustainable development for the Vietnamese banking system.
2. NGUYEN THI ANH THU & DO QUYNH NHU - Restricting the rights of subjects in marriage and family relations to protect the weak
The article analyzes legal regulations on restricting the rights of subjects in marriage and family relations in order to maintain fairness and protect the weaker in this relationship; at the same time, it points out the shortcomings in the practical application and enforcement, thereby proposing solutions to improve legal regulations on restricting the rights of subjects in marriage and family relations.
3. TRAN LINH HUAN & TRAN MINH CHUONG - Improving policies and laws on forest environmental services
Forest environmental services not only bring direct benefits to community but also
have positive impacts on economic and social development as well as global ecosystem protection.
Developing forest environmental services is crucial for maintaining balance and sustainability for
both nature and humanity. The article focuses on analyzing and assessing the current limitations and shortcomings in policies and laws regarding forest environmental services; thereby proposing some solutions to improve and enhance effectiveness of law implementation.
4. NGUYEN THI AN NA & VU THI HUONG - Law on creating case law in resolving civil cases in Vietnam
With the aim of developing caselaw in litigation activities at the court in general and
case law in resolving civil cases in particular, the Supreme People's Court has issued a number of
documents guiding the application of case law, but incomplete and incomplete, creating certain
difficulties in enhancing the role of case law in litigation activities. This article discussing legal
provisions and solutions to improve the case law creation in resolving civil cases in Vietnam.
5. DINH KHUONG DUY - Completing regulations on the right to temporarily suspend contract performance in Vietnamese law based on comparison with CISG and the laws of some countries
The article studies the legal framework on the right to temporarily suspend the performance of a
contract in Vietnamese law, especially the difference between Article 411 of the 2015 Civil Code and Article 308 of the 2005 Commercial Law. Based on the analysis and comparison of the provisions of Vietnamese law on the right to temporarily suspend the performance of a contract with international law and the laws of a number of countries, the article proposes to improve the law in a direction that is more consistent with international standards, helping the parties prevent risks and increase transparency and stability in civil and commercial transactions.

6. HOANG DUC THANH - Legal dissemination, education and solutions to raise legal awareness in ethnic minority areas
Legal dissemination and education for ethnic minorities has always been identified as one of
the urgent tasks, of special importance, aiming to provide and equip ethnic minorities with legal knowledge and understanding; thereby, forming a sense of respect and compliance with the law, contributing to promoting the role and effectiveness of the law in economic and social life; ensuring human rights, civil rights, the right to information about the law, meeting the requirements of building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam.
7. TRINH THI THANH - Solutions to ensure the right to legal aid in the new period
Legal aid is the provision of free legal services to people receiving legal aid in legal aid
cases, contributing to ensuring human rights and citizens' rights in access to justice and equality before the law. The article studies the provisions on the right to legal aid through periods; the current status of ensuring the right to legal aid in recent times; orientation of the right to legal aid according to Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW; from there, it makes a number of proposals to improve the right to legal aid in the new period.

8. DO NGOC QUYNH ANH, TRINH PHUC HIEU & LE HOANG LAN - Ensuring the rights of female domestic migrant workers in China - Some recommendations for Vietnam
The article studies the situation of domestic female migrant workers in China, the shortcomings
and limitations in ensuring their rights and points out China's legal policies in solving this problem; thereby proposing solutions and suggestions in ensuring the rights of female migrant workers in Vietnam.
9. BUI KIEU OANH, VU HOANG MINH ANH & NGUYEN THANH DAT - Laws on ensuring access to justice for people with disabilities in Finland and some implications for Vietnam
The article analyzes and evaluates the provisions of Finnish law on ensuring the right
to access to justice for people with disabilities, thereby suggesting some experiences to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of the law on ensuring the right to access to justice for people with disabilities in Vietnam.
10. LE THI MINH & VO TRUNG HAU - Patent protection of inventions created by artificial intelligence under US law and some connections with Vietnam
The article analyzes the possibility of patent protection of inventions created by artificial
intelligence (AI) under US law, through a specific situation related to the competent authority's decision on a patent application created by the AI DABUS system and some connections with Vietnamese intellectual property law.
