1. PHAN TIEN DUNG - Some shortcomings and recommendations for improving criminal law for crimes violating regulations on mineral research, exploration and exploitation
The article studies some achievements and results of the work of fighting against crimes and law violations in the field of minerals by the Public Security of units and localities; analyzes and evaluates the existing problems and limitations in the criminal regulations on the crime of violating research, exploration and exploitation of minerals, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the criminal regulations on this crime to apply conveniently and consistently in practice.
2. NGUYEN THI HOAI THUONG & DANG CAO BAO NGOC - Improving the law on criminal liability for juvenils who commit crimes
The article analyzes the shortcomings of the law related to the provisions on the application of criminal liability to juveniles who commit crimes, thereby proposing some contents to improve criminal law, ensuring objectivity and consistency in the trial process of the courts.
3. TRAN LINH HUAN - Law on noise pollution control in residential areas - Current situation and direction for improvement
Noise pollution in residential areas is one of the serious environmental problems, significantly affecting people's health, quality of life and social order. In particular, with the rapid urbanization and the increase in industrial, traffic, production and business activities, noise levels in residential areas are increasingly exceeding the allowable threshold. Although the legal system on environmental protection in Vietnam has regulations on noise control, there are still certain limitations and shortcomings. The Article analyzes, evaluates and clarifies the current situation of the law on noise pollution control in residential areas, thereby making some recommendations for improvement.
4. VU THI QUYEN & NGUYEN HOANG YEN - Time to handle material evidence under Vietnam's criminal procedure law and recommendations for improvements
According to Article 106 of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, competent authorities may handle material evidence at different stages and times of the case settlement process depending on each case. However, in reality, the regulations on the time of handling evidence still have shortcomings, leading to difficulties, obstacles and inconsistencies in the application of the law by competent authorities. This article clarifies the provisions of the criminal procedure law on the time of handling material evidence as well as related practices, thereby making some recommendations for improvement.

5. VU THI BICH HAI & NGUYEN QUYET THANG - Some legal issues that Vietnamese enterprises need to pay attention to when exploiting intellectual property created and owned by themselves
The article conducts a study on intellectual property that enterprises create and own in the course of their operations. At the same time, based on the characteristics of intellectual property and the current practice of exploiting intellectual property of enterprises, the article provides some recommendations for Vietnamese enterprises in the process of exploiting these intellectual properties to both protect and maximize the value that intellectual property brings.
6. NGUYEN THANH LONG - Corporate social responsibility associated with sustainable development under labor law - Inadequacies and proposed solutions for improvement
The article analyzes the shortcomings and limitations in the regulations of Vietnamese labor law related to the social responsibility of enterprises in the context of sustainable development as present, thereby proposing solutions to improve labor law regulations on the social responsibility of enterprises in the issue of ensuring the rights of workers associated with sustainable development.
7. PHAN THI NHAT TAI & NGUYEN LE LY - Implementation of food safety laws in street vendoring activities in Vietnam
The article analyzes, clarifies some related concepts and evaluates the implementation situation of the law on food safety in general and street vendoring in particular in Vietnam. On that basis, it makes some recommendations to improve and enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement through the combined use of main research methods such as analysis, statistics, and synthesis.

8. NGUYEN TRA MY, PHAM THI TUE MINH & NGO HONG MAI - Laws regulating digital technology enterprises in Vietnam - From the experience of the United Kingdom
Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation has affirmed that science, technology and innovation are the main driving force to develop modern productive forces, improve production relations, innovate national governance methods, promote socio-economic development and prevent the risk of falling behind. The article analyzes the current status of laws regulating digital technology enterprises in Vietnam, thereby making some proposals to improve the law on digital technology enterprises based on the Experience of the United Kingdom.
9. DO HOANG ANH VU - Joint stock company organization model under German law and experience for Vietnam
The article analyzes the regulations on corporate organization models under German law to clarify the superiority of the corporate organization model in Germany; at the same time, evaluates the ability to harmoniously solve the three representative problems of each organizational model. From there, it provides necessary and feasible solutions to improve corporate governance efficiency in Vietnam, contributing to promote sustainable economic development.
