The article presents some results in law implementation and international cooperation to ensure human rights in Vietnam today, and at the same time, analyzes some issues in building and completing a socialist rule of law state to meet the requirements of ensuring human rights in the new period.
2. LUU THI PHAN - Property ownership from the perspective of human rights - Current situation and some recommendations for improvement
In Vietnam, property rights are recognized in the Constitution - the basic legal tool to realize international standards on human rights. In addition to the results achieved, this right needs to be further researched to propose solutions for more effective implementation in the future.
3. HOANG THI THANH HOA - Auction of judgment execution assets - Some legal issues need to be completed
Within the scope of the article, the author analyzes difficulties and obstacles from the practical application of the law on asset auction for judgment execution, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the relevant legal provisions to this issue.
4. NGUYEN THI KIM ANH & NGUYEN THI MAI HIEN - Completing regulations on changing rice land use purposes in the Draft Land Law (amended)
The article points out a number of inadequacies in the law and orientations and solutions to complete the regulation on changing use purpose of rice cultivation land in the Land Law of 2013, following scientific direction, in accordance with the praxis.
5. HA TRONG BAC & DINH MINH CHAU - Improving the law on liability for compensation for damage caused by unsafe food production and trading
The article addresses the legal provisions on liability for compensation for damage caused by the production and trading of unsafe food, at the same time, analyzes a number of problems and inadequacies and makes recommendations for improvement of legal regulations on this issue.
6. NGUYEN THI THU HIEN - Establishing legal regulations on organizations issuing depository certificates without voting rights in Vietnam
This article researches and analyzes the legal status of organizations issuing depository certificates without voting rights in Vietnam and Thailand, thereby proposing to build and improve the legal framework on this issue in Vietnam.
7. NGUYEN QUANG TUYEN - Theoretical basis for compiling the Dictionary of Economic Law
The article analyzes the theoretical basis in order to provide scientific arguments and convincing and well-founded arguments to argue for the necessity of conducting research and compiling a Dictionary of Economic Law in our country today.
8. TRAN KIM LIEU - The value of religious norms in regulating social relations in Vietnam
Based on research on the role of religious norms in regulating social relations, the author of the article proposes solutions to exploit and promote the value of religious norms in supporting the State to effectively manage social life in the current period.

9. LE DUC ANH - Discussion on other litigation costs and the right to re-initiate a civil case
The article focuses on analyzing the problems and inadequacies in the legal provisions regarding the court's suspension of case resolution due to the litigant's failure to pay the cost of measuring and drawing up a diagram of the current situation and the litigant's lack of right to file a lawsuit to the court to re-resolve the civil case when there has been a decision to suspend the resolution of that civil case, from there, makes a number of proposals and recommendations related to these issues.
10. NGUYEN VAN PHUONG - Theoretical issues about residential waste and waste treatment in residential areas
The article addresses related concepts and classification of residential areas in relation to the generation of domestic solid waste in residential areas and waste treatment in residential areas; at the same time, states some conditions to ensure effective waste management in residential areas.
11. NGO THI THUY TRANG - Temporary suspension of the handling of criminal information according to the provisions of Vietnamese criminal procedure law
This article focuses on analyzing the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code (amended and supplemented in 2021) on temporarily suspending the handling of criminal information, and at the same time, points out some difficulties and obstacles and suggestions to improve the provisions of criminal procedure law on this issue in the near future.
12. LE BA DUC - Identifying acts that constitute the crime of asset robbery or asset extortion - Perspectives from specific cases
The article presents a specific case related to the crime of ownership infringement, from there, analyzes opinions surrounding the issue of defining the crime of asset robbery or asset extortion extortion and the author's views on identifying objective behavior, determining the crime in this casey.
13. BUI THE THU - Material evidence as assets in the investigation of corruption cases - Issues that need to be clarified
The article focuses on clarifying the concept, at the same time classifying and analyzing some characteristics of physical evidence as assets in investigating corruption cases, thereby raising a number of issues that need to be clarified to create the basis for the investigation agency to have effective measures to collect, preserve and handle material evidence as assets, determining the success of a corruption case.

The article analyzes the current situation and points out some problems and inadequacies in the legal regulations on accounting service business conditions, thereby offering solutions to improve the law on this issue.
16. NGUYEN THANH DUNG - Crime of obscenity against people under 16 years old - Current situation and some recommendations
Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing the legal provisions on the crime of obscenity for people under 16 years of age, while also stating the current status of the fight against it and pointing out limitations and inadequacies of the legal regulations on obscenity crimes against people under 16 years old, from there, proposes and recommends a number of contents related to this issue.
17. DANG XUAN QUYNH - Improving the effectiveness of activities of building a street protection force to participate in ensuring security and order at the base of the ward and town police in Hai Duong province
The article evaluates the results achieved, limitations, difficulties, causes and proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of building a civil defense force to participate in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level of ward and town police in Hai Duong province.

18. TRAN THI LAN PHUONG - Practical application of regulations on dispute resolution mechanism between investors and the State of Malaysia and recommendations for Vietnamese businesses
From studying the practice of resolving international disputes between investors and the Malaysian State, the author of the article makes some recommendations for Vietnamese enterprises when participating in this country's market.
