On that basis, it proposes a number of recommendations to improve legal provisions related to judicial expertise request in the financial field to serve the investigation of corruption and economic crimes, contributing to improving the effectiveness of this activity.
2. TRAN LINH HUAN & TRAN MINH CHUONG - Completing legal regulations on handling violations in the field of environmental protection
The article focuses on analyzing, evaluating, and clarifying some difficulties and shortcomings in the legal provisions on handling violations in the field of environmental protection, thereby making some recommendations to improve the law on this issue.
3. HUYNH THI LE KHA - Crimes related to biodiversity according to the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code - Some issues that need to be improved
The article analyzes, evaluates the consistent correlation in the provisions on biodiversity crimes in the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) with the 2008 Law on Biodiversity (amended and supplemented in 2018) and Decree No. 45/2022/ND-CP dated July 7th, 2022 of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of environmental protection, thereby pointing out unreasonable points that need to be improved.
4. NGO THI THUY - Discussing the mechanism for supervising the activities of the police in communes, wards and towns in receiving denunciations and reports of crimes
The article analyzes and evaluates the legal provisions on the activities of receiving denunciations and reports of crimes by the police force of communes, wards and towns and the mechanism of supervision of the people's procuracy for these activities of the police force of communes, wards and towns. From there, it points out the difficulties and inadequacies and proposes a number of recommendations to improve the law and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement related to this issue.
5. VU THI HONG PHUONG - Regulations on deciding punishment for the crime of murder - Some problems and recommendations for improvement
The article clarifies the legal basis of the decision on punishment and the practice of deciding punishment for the crime of murder through evaluating the achieved results as well as the limitations and remaining problems, thereby proposing some orientations to contribute to improving the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.

The article studies the provisions of the law and evaluates the current status of law application on protecting the rights and interests of Vietnamese workers abroad working under contracts, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness and responsibility of relevant organizations in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese workers abroad under contracts.
7. HOANG QUYNH HOA & NGUYEN HOANG LAN - Promoting decentralization to the people's committees at district and commune levels and specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province at present
Decentralization of state management is one of important factors in the administrative reform process, to create conditions for local authorities to be more proactive in operating, managing and providing public services. This article studies and evaluates the current status of decentralization for the people's committees at district and commune levels and specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province, thereby providing viewpoints and orientations to continue promoting decentralization at the local level.
8. CHU CONG THE - Improving the effectiveness of law enforcement on inland waterway traffic order and safety of the traffic police - Hanoi City Police
The article analyzes some of the achievements and difficulties and limitations in the implementation of the law on ensuring order and safety of inland waterway traffic by the traffic police - Hanoi City Police, on that basis, proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.

The article studies the legal regulations of some countries on the protection of privacy in the workplace. Based on the evaluation and selective inheritance, it proposes some legal values that Vietnam can refer to in order to improve its laws in the future.
10. PHAM MINH HANH - The Artificial Intelligence Act of the Union Europe - Some legal issues and contents
This article briefly introduces the content of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act). The provisions of the Act aim to effectively manage artificial intelligence systems and ensure transparency, safety and responsibility in activities related to these systems. The Act marks the birth of the first comprehensive legal framework worldwide dedicated to artificial intelligence. This not only lays the foundation for the application of artificial intelligence in the member states of the European Union, but also sets the premise for future legal frameworks dedicated to artificial intelligence.
