1. PHAM DUC HUYEN - Some issues on the Draft Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence
Currently, detention and temporary detention are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the 2015 Law on Enforcement of Detention and Temporary Detention and its guiding documents. However, during the implementation process, the Law has revealed a number of shortcomings and inadequacies that are no longer consistent with the practical work of detention and temporary detention nationwide. Therefore, the Ministry of Public Security proposes to develop a Law on Detention, Temporary Detention and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence to resolve difficulties and problems in the practical work of detention and temporary detention. This article analyzes a number of issues regarding the Draft Law on Detention, Temporary Detention and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence, and at the same time, proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to the completion of the Draft Law.

The article analyzes some limitations and shortcomings in the provisions of the 2013 Employment Law on participation and enjoyment of unemployment insurance, thereby proposing some recommendations for improving the law.

The article focuses on clarifying the political, legal and practical basis for building a model statute on the operation of the people's council at the provincial level in our country today there by proposing a framework for the model statute on the operation of provincial people's councils.
4. NGUYEN THI KIM HOA- Digital transformation in vocational education - Challenges and some solutions for implementation
In the trend of international integration, human resources with vocational skills must meet the requirements and demands of society such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This poses an urgent need for comprehensive digital transformation in vocational education - this is a trend, a goal, but there are also many challenges before the continuous development of science, engineering and technology, requiring vocational education institutions to have political determination in the face of the general trend in the country's digital transformation.

5. THAI QUOC PHONG - Solutions to implement the financial autonomy mechanism of vocational training institutions from the perspective of some regulations on enrollment and training
The article analyzes and evaluates some limitations and shortcomings in the legal regulations on enrollment and training in relation to the financial autonomy mechanism of vocational training institutions, thereby making some proposals and recommendations to improve the law and enhance the capacity to implement the financial autonomy mechanism of vocational training institutions.
6. NGUYEN DINH NHUT - Solutions to improve the effectiveness of the fight against fraud and property appropriation crimes in cyberspace
In recent times, the situation of crimes using high technology to defraud and appropriate assets in cyberspace has tended to increase and become more complicated; methods and tricks of committing crimes are increasingly diverse and sophisticated, causing great damage to individuals and businesses; the fight against and prevention of fraud is facing many difficulties. This article discusses the difficulties and limitations in the fight against fraud crimes in cyberspace and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work.
7. HA HUU DUNG - Enhance the role of social criticism in law-making, meeting the requirements of the development of the country
Social criticism in law-making is considered as the act of commenting, evaluating, expressing opinions and recommendations on draft legal documents in order to detect missing, inaccurate, incorrect or unsuitable contents for the interests of the whole society or a certain social group, thereby, improving the quality of legal documents and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people, promoting democracy and enhancing social consensus.
8. NGUYEN VAN MANH - Enhancing the effectiveness of legal propaganda, dissemination and education on drug prevention, combat and control for prisoners in prisons under the Ministry of Public Security
In recent years, the situation of prisoners storing, buying, selling, and illegally using drugs has become complicated with sophisticated tricks, negatively affecting the work of ensuring security and safety in prisons. This article analyzes the current situation of legal propaganda, dissemination, and education on drug prevention and control for prisoners in prisons under the Ministry of Public Security and proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.

The article analyzes the legal basis of the enterprise's right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract under Japanese labor law; from there, it draws some experience lessons to contribute to improving the effectiveness in making and implementing labor law in Vietnam.
