1. NGUYEN VAN SƠN - Context and orientation, major policies to complete the Law on Civil Judgment Execution
Currently, although the legal system for civil judgment execution is basically adequate, synchronous, public, transparent and feasible, however, in order to meet and catch up with the requirements of practice, the Law on Civil Judgment Execution and implementation guidance documents need to be furtherly studied and revised. In this article, the author gives initial comments on the context and orientations and policies to complete the Law on Civil Judgment Execution.
2. NGUYEN VAN HA - Discussing legal aid providers under the Law on Legal Aid of 2017
The Law on Legal Aid of 2017, in addition to the issue of legal aid recipients, which have been regulated in a broader way to create best conditions for people, it is impossible not to mention the subject providing legal aid subjects. This article mentions the subjects in the Law on Legal Aid and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of legal aid subjects.
3. TRAN NGOC HIEP - Entering into a model contract according to Vietnamese civil law
This article analyzes the process of entering into a model contract through the elements of the subject, the principle of conclusion and the order of conclusion, thereby, highlighting the basic characteristics of the model contract compared to regular contracts.
4. TRUONG THANH THIEN - Completing the law on commercial advertising with fixed billboards in Vietnam
In Vietnam, the 2005 Commercial Law, the 2012 Law on Advertising and other specialized laws and a system of guiding documents have created a legal corridor for commercial advertising activities. However, up to now, the issue of commercial advertising is still a challenge for policy makers and law makers. This article is based on analyzing the current situation of Vietnamese law on commercial advertising with fixed billboards, thereby proposing solutions to improve the law in this field.
5. NGUYEN THI HONG YEN & MAC THI HOAI THUONG - Improving the efficiency of people’s compliance with the law
In order to clarify theoretical issues on law compliance and issues related to improving the effectiveness of people's law compliance, the article focuses on clarifying the concept of law compliance, measures to improve the effective compliance with the law of the people.
6. DINH CONG TUAN & DOAN NHAT LINH - Commercial mediation mechanism in Singapore and recommendations for Vietnam
In the article, the authors outline some basic contents of the commercial mediation mechanism in Singapore - a country that has gained many achievements in building and developing alternative dispute resolution methods. From there, the authors make some recommendations to improve the law on commercial mediation in Vietnam and orientations for joining the Singapore Convention on international commercial mediation.

7. PHUNG THI PHUONG THAO & NGUYEN THI HUYEN TRANG - Law on real estate business conditions of foreign-invested enterprises
The participation of foreign-invested enterprises in the real estate business in recent years has contributed to the general development of the real estate market in Vietnam. The article analyzes the legal provisions on real estate business conditions of foreign-invested enterprises and makes some recommendations to improve the law on this issue.
8. NGUYEN VIET HA - Some inadequacies of the law on leasing land to implement investment projects
The article outlines the legal status of land lease for investment project implementation; the assessment and points out a number of inadequacies and limitations of the law in this area. From there, the author proposes some solutions to improve the law and improve the efficiency of law implementation on land lease to implement investment projects.

9. PHUNG VAN TRUONG - The employer’s right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract under the Labor Code of 2019
Unilateral termination of an employment contract is a case in which one party to the employment relationship wishes to terminate the employment relationship without any agreement or consent with the other party in accordance with the law. This article analyzes and comments on the provisions on the employer's right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract under the Labor Code of 2019 with many new points compared to the Labor Code of 2012.
10. LAM MINH DANG - Transfer of civil servants - Inadequacies and solutions
Transfer means that a cadre or civil servant is moved by a competent authority from one agency, organization or unit to work in another agency, organization or unit. The article discusses the limitations in the case of civil servant transfer, the procedures for transfering civil servants and offers solutions to improve this work.
11. NGUYEN VAN TUNG & NGUYEN VAN NHAT - Measures of education in communes, wards and townships according to Vietnamese law
Reprimand, conciliation in the community and education in communes, wards and townships are measures of supervision and education in case of being exempt from criminal liability and are applied to persons under 18 years old committing crimes. This article analyzes the shortcomings, limitations and proposes directions to improve the regulations on educational measures in communes, wards and townships of the current Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code.
12. DAO TRONG GIAP - It is necessary to define the authority and responsibility of the people’s procuracy in the work of civil judgment execution
In this article, the author analyzes the problems and inadequacies about the authority and responsibility of the procuracy and the procurator in civil judgment execution, thereby offering solutions to overcome, especially to propose amendments to the Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy and the Law on Civil Judgment Execution.
13. BUI CONG THANG - Improving the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education for high school students in Yen Bai
High school students are at the age of intellectual, cognitive and physical development. Therefore, if there is no orientation and education according to social standards, they are easily drawn into illegal activities and acts. The article mentions the actual situation of legal dissemination and education for high school students in Yen Bai and proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of this activity.
