1. NGUYEN THI HONG NHUNG & MAI HOANG PHUOC - Law on procedures for changing civil status information for transgender people in Vietnam
As society is developing, the need to live in accordance with personal self-worth, including gender issues, is increasingly being affirmed and needs to be supported and protected. The law of Vietnam has principally recognized the sex change, but there is still no mechanism to support the clear and effective implementation of this principle. The article aims to analyze the Vietnamese legal regulations on the procedure for changing civil status information for transgender people in Vietnam, based on observing the practices from some other countries around the world, using the theory Feminist law as a methodology to evaluate legal provisions on gender equality, in addition to traditional jurisprudential research methods such as analysis, synthesis, and commentary, thereby making some recommendations in order to improve Vietnamese law in this field.

Within the scope of this article, the author studies the issue of ensuring gender equality rights in legal aid activities, thereby, proposes a number of recommendations to ensure gender equality rights in legal aid activities.

In the article, the author focuses on analyzing Vietnam's legal regulations and the current situation on the protection of personal data, and at the same time, proposes some measures to protect personal data in the digital transformation period in our country, actively contributing to ensuring integration activities.
4. NGUYEN TRONG TUAN & PHAM THI MAI - Completing regulations on mitigating circumstances in Vietnam’s criminal law
Punishment decision is the most important step in the court's adjudication. The decision on a correct punishment not only ensures fairness and transparency in law enforcement, improves the effectiveness of crime prevention and combat, but also has the effect of deterrence, education, and crime prevention. The article clarifies the inadequacies and obstacles in the application of mitigating circumstances to the offenders and offers solutions to improve the provisions of the law.
5. KHUAT VIET HAI - Some solutions to improve the law on state budget supervision of the National Assembly
The supreme supervisory function of the National Assembly has a particularly important role in the operation of the National Assembly. In particular, the National Assembly's state budget supervision is to ensure that the law is strictly enforced. The supervision must also ensure the effectiveness and efficiency, demonstrating the power of the State, through the supervision conclusions and the implementation of the supervision conclusions of the National Assembly.

6. NGUYEN HUU CHI - Labor subleasing contract and some recommendations
Labor subleasing is a new relationship that has appeared and has been adjusted by Vietnamese labor law for nearly 10 years. The article presents and analyzes the provisions and practices of applying the current labor law on labor subleasing contracts, thereby, making some recommendations to improve the law in this field.
7. DUONG DANG HUE - Some legal issues arise in the process of implementing the investment law under the mode of public-private partnership and recommendations for improvement
Currently, the law on investment under the mode of public-private partnership has basically been formed with a relatively complete system of documents. In fact, limitations and inadequacies have appeared in the implementation of the law on investment under the mode of public-private partnership. This article analyzes the limited issues that are happening in practice, which have created difficulties and obstacles for BOT investors, which should be studied by relevant state agencies in order to find overcoming solutions.
8. NGUYEN HUONG LY - Classification and planning of public investment according to the Law on Public Investment of 2019 - Problems to be solved
The article analyzes the provisions of the Law on Public Investment of 2019 on contents related to classification of public investment plans and public investment planning. The author's analysis is mainly to point out the limitations and obstacles, from there, making some recommendations to improve the law on this issue.

9. BUI DUC HUA - Some problems of crime transformation in the application of criminal law
In the course of the criminal process, in many cases, due to many different reasons, the criminal act takes place in a different direction from the original act. From that, forming a case of criminal transformation or criminal charge transformation and in fact, there are many such cases. Within the scope of the article, the author analyzes some problems of criminal charge transformation in the practical application of criminal law.
10. CAO NGOC ANH THI - Remedial measures in sanctioning administrative violations in the press
Administrative violations in the field of the press, in addition to violating the order of state management, also have certain consequences. The application of remedial measures in addition to sanctions will contribute to thoroughly resolving violations, ensuring that all consequences caused by administrative violations will be overcome. The article analyzes some inadequacies in the legal provisions on remedial measures in sanctioning administrative violations in the press, and at the same time proposes directions for improvement.
11. DO DUC NGHIA - Smuggling crime in the area of Hanoi - Haiphong - Quangninh - Situation and recommendations
This article is concerned with typical methods and tricks of smuggling criminals in the area of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, from which, proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of investigating smuggling cases in the above 03 localities.
12. NGUYEN THI NGUYET - Comments on the right to use geographical indications according to Vietnam’s intellectual property law
Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes the legal provisions on the right to use geographical indications, focusing on two main issues: The subject has the right to use geographical indications, and conditions and procedures under which the right to use a geographical indication is granted. From there, some recommendations are made to improve the legal provisions on the right to use geographical indications.
