1. PHAM VAN TUYET - Custom - An unwritten type of source used to resolve civil cases
The customs and the application of customs to resolve civil cases are specified in the Civil Code. There is, however, still no unified understanding of the custom as well as the order and conditions for application of the customs when applying various types of civil law sources to the resolution of civil cases. This article aims to define a consistent understanding of custom, and at the same time identify the applicable requirements and the circumstances in which custom can be applied to resolve civil cases.
2. NGUYEN NHU PHAT & TRAN THI THU HA - Competence of local governments in Europe’s model of local self-governance and suggestions to Vietnam
Local self-governance is the most radical form of decentralization from the central to the local level. This paper examines the local self-governance model in some European countries and gives suggestions for Vietnam.
3. LUONG THI HOA - State management model of performing arts in China and Korea
The state management model for culture, which has been researched and published in recent years, has proved the complexity of the problem. Performing arts itself in particular and culture in general is an "abstract house", so the state management model is also full of abstract elements. This article introduces the state management model of the performing arts in China and Korea, as well as suggestions for the state management model of the performing arts in Vietnam.
4. HOANG NGOC HAI - Discussing the work of making proposal for resolution formulation of the current provincial People’s Council
The article is concerned with the current situation and limitations and shortcomings in the work of proposing resolution formulation of the provincial People's Council today. On that basis, the author proposes a number of solutions to contribute to completing and improving the quality of this work in the coming time when the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2020 comes into effect.
5. TRAN THI HAI YEN - Policies and laws on ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in Vietnam today
Policies and laws on ethnic minorities and people in mountainous range have contributed to fundamental changing the face of mountainous areas where ethnic minorities reside, but still similar among the ethnic minorities; short term thinking in promulgating policies and laws, overlapping content, locality and beneficiaries... Researching the basic contents of Vietnam's policies and laws on ethnic minorities plays an important role in the present context.

6. NGO VAN HIEP & DOAN HONG NHUNG - The legal nature of the accession contract according to Vietnamese law
The accession contract is currently being used quite popularly in all areas of economic and social life. Therefore, understanding the nature and characteristics of this type of contract is not only meaningful for contracting parties, but also for the competent state management agencies. This article analyzes, clarifies the legal characteristics, some principles in the conclusion, performance and validity of the accession contract.
7. LUONG THI LINH CHI & NGUYEN THI THUY HUONG - Some legal aspects of peer-to-peer lending in Vietnam
Peer-to-peer lending is a product of the financial technology industry (Fintech). The article gives a general overview of the peer-to-peer lending activities, the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of this new financial channel for related parties, thereby analyzing and assessing the practical situation and the legal mechanism that is regulating peer-to-peer lending in Vietnam through practical Chinese legal experience.
8. NGUYEN THANH VIET - The employer’s right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract under the Labor Code of 2019
One of the amendments and supplements to the Labor Code of 2019 affecting the labor relationship is the employer's right to unilaterally terminate the labor contract. This article presents new points relating to the employer's right to unilaterally terminate the employment contract and comment on the impact on industrial relations in Vietnam.

The article analyzes the current situation of ensuring the defend right of the accused in our country, clarifying the limitations, shortcomings, the reasons affecting the quality of ensuring the right to defend of the accused. Since then, the article offers solutions to law completion to improve efficiency and ensure the right to defend for the accused.

The article analyzes some issues of online training and further training and the current situation of training local judicial officers using online methods, thereby giving some recommendations and solutions to promote and improve the quality and efficiency of this activity to meet the development needs of society in the coming time.
