1. PHAM THU HUONG - Improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front
Supervision and social criticism is an important task of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the work of building the Party and government, contributing to improving the Party's leadership capacity, effectiveness, and efficiency of state management and the operation of agencies and organizations in the political system. This article discusses a number of assurance issues to improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
2. NGUYEN QUYNH TRANG - Equal rights in employment and occupation of transgender people in Vietnam
The right to equality without discrimination is a fundamental human right. This has important implications in a fair society in general, especially in matters of employment and occupation in particular. However, transgender people are one of the vulnerable subjects, pressured by social prejudices, facing many legal, medical, labor barriers... Therefore, transgender people's rights in this area need more attention and protection. The article discusses the issue of enforcing equal rights in employment and occupation of transgender people in Vietnam and proposes some recommendations to overcome this problem.
3. HOANG NGOC HAI - Some issues about collecting people’s opinions on the draft resolution of the provincial people’s council
The paper presents the current situation and analyzes the limitations and shortcomings in the process of collecting opinions about the draft resolution of the people’s council. On that basis, the author proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the quality of these important activities in the process of elaborating and issuing resolutions of the provincial people’s council.
4. NGUYEN HOANG PHUC & DOAN THI NGOC HAI - Regulations on tissue and organ donation according to the laws of some countries in the world and suggestions for Vietnam
In order to create an important legal corridor to promote and implement effective, humane and fair tissue, organ donation and transplantation, most countries around the world have developed policies and laws on tissue and organ donation and transplants and Vietnam is no exception. This article mentions the legal regulations on tissue and organ donation in some countries around the world, thereby giving some suggestions for Vietnam.
5. DO THI HOA - Pre-contractual obligations under the provisions of the current Civil Code
Pre-contract is the stage of contract negotiation from when one party makes an invitation or expresses its desire to enter into a contract in order to seek information and discuss relevant contents towards the formation of a contract. In the pre-contract stage, the parties have the ability to conduct themselves to meet civil rights but at the same time be bound by certain obligations. This article focuses on analyzing obligations in the pre-contract period under the provisions of the 2015 Civil Code.

6. LE THI THU THUY - State management of insurance business activities
Insurance business is a type of business involving many entities in the economy. Insurance products are very specific and complex. Therefore, the intervention of the State is necessary to protect the interests of insurance buyers and beneficiaries, ensure reliability in the operation of insurance enterprises and maintain order in the insurance market. This article analyzes the peculiarities of state management of the insurance business in Vietnam and proposes to improve the Law on Insurance Business in 2000.
7. NGUYEN VINH HUNG - The State Bank of Vietnam’s role in stabilizing monetary policy and banking system
The article studies the role of stabilizing monetary policy and the banking system of the State Bank of Vietnam in the period of international integration, from which, proposes some recommendations to improve the legal system on banking and improve the operational efficiency of the banking system.

8. NGUYEN THI KIM HOA & NGUYEN THI NA - Current status of law compliance of people in the Southwest region
In this article, the authors study about the reality of law compliance of people in the Southwest region, thereby, proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of law compliance of people in the Southwest region.
9. DOAN THI DUONG HUYEN - Evaluation of the law on higher education autonomy in Vietnam
University autonomy is a top requirement in the process of higher education innovation in the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. University autonomy is not only an inevitable development trend but also an urgent need of many Vietnamese higher education institutions today. In this article, on the basis of the current legal provisions on university autonomy, the author points out a number of problems from a legal perspective for further discussion and research to improve autonomy implementation efficiency of higher education institutions in Vietnam.
10. NGUYEN VAN SINH - Some new points of the Law on Vietnamese workers working abroad
The article comments on some new points related to the Law on Vietnamese workers working abroad under contract in 2020 from the perspective of protecting Vietnamese workers going to work abroad, thereby, assessing the impact forecast of new legal regulations on sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad in the coming time.
11. PHAM THANH BINH - Improving the efficiency of state management of ecotourism development in Can Gio district, Ho Chi Minh City
Can Gio district of Ho Chi Minh City has rich natural resources and many unique historical, cultural and religious heritages, which have created many advantages for ecotourism development. This article summarizes the current situation of management and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of state management of ecotourism development in Can Gio district in the coming time.
