1. NGUYEN THI THUY HANH - Law on prevention and combat of child abuse and some complete solutions
Being well aware of the importance of child protection work, over the years, our Party and State have given orientations and guidelines, promulgated legal regulations as well as promoted effective implementation. However, child protection is currently facing many challenges, the number of child abuse cases is increasing, while the legal system is still inadequate and inconsistent. Therefore, the improvement of the legal system on child protection and the enhancement of enforcement effectiveness is an urgent issue at present.
2. PHAN THI LAM HONG - Real situation of violations of workers’ rights and some recommendations
Violation of human rights in general and workers' rights in particular is always a topical issue, strictly prohibited but still occurs. In recent years, violations of workers' rights have been quite common, leading to the workers' legitimate rights and interests not being guaranteed, the seriousness of the law not being respected, affecting the legal status of employees, affecting the investment environment negatively. The following article focuses on clarifying the real status of violations of workers' rights and recommends some solutions for improvement.
3. TRINH DUY THUYEN - Prevention of torture in the activities of taking statements, interrogating the accused and some recommendations
On 7th November 2013, Vietnam signed the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Punishment or Treatment (Against Torture Convention) and on 28th November 2014, the XIII National Assembly, in its 8th session, ratified this Convention. In the content of the article, the author has assessed Vietnam's successes in implementing the Convention, and at the same time, also mentioned some limitations and proposed directions for improvement to prevent torture in criminal proceedings.
4. NGUYEN VAN NGHIA & HOANG THI THANH HOA - Principles and criteria for determining typical civil judgment execution
The concept of "typical civil judgment execution" is a completely new legal term, but it is necessary to invest in in-depth research on all relevant legal aspects in order to propose supplementation and improvement of specialized law on civil judgment execution. On that basis, sample files on typical civil judgment execution will be built for dissemination and wide application in civil judgment execution activities, contributing to the improvement of this efficiency, in order to ensure the certainty and effectiveness of the application and implementation of the law in practice.
5. DUC THI HOA - Measures to handle illegal marriage
Illegal marriage is a marriage that violates the conditions for marriage under the Law on Marriage and Family. An illegal marriage will be handled in accordance with the law and not protected by the State like a legal marriage. This article conducts the study on measures to handle illegal marriage in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the subjects, the family and ensure social order and safety.

6. NGUYEN THI HONG NHAT - Improving the efficiency of law enforcement on personal income tax administration in Vietnam
Improving the management of personal income tax is an urgent requirement for the State to effectively regulate the macro-economy. This article analyzes a number of theoretical and practical issues in the implementation of the law on personal income tax management, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the law on personal income tax management in Vietnam.
7. NGUYEN THI KIM THANH - Limits on freedom of contract in commercial activities related to payment terms in foreign currency in Vietnam today
In Viet Nam, the limits of freedom of contract related to payment terms in foreign currency are different before and after the Civil Code of 2015. However at any stage, payment agreements in foreign currencies are directly related to the stability and development of the economy and community. Therefore, studying this issue is of particular importance, thereby providing appropriate solutions, contributing to the improvement of relevant legal regulations in the context of current international economic integration.
8. PHAM THI GIANG THU & NGUYEN NGOC LUONG - Charter capital of a public company and the level of charter capital upon initial public offering of shares
The Securities Law of 2019 has made significant changes in the face of Vietnam's stock market. The Securities Law of 2019 has many new points compared to the previous Securities Law. One of the new points is the issue of charter capital of public companies. In the article, the authors would like to refer to this content, to explain the change in regulations on charter capital of public companies and the charter capital requirement when offering shares for the first time to the public.

In this article, the author gives some cases from practice related to unsuccessful auctions in property auctions, analyzes the limitations of the law when applied in practice, from which the author offers a number of recommendations to improve the law on unsuccessful auctions in the Law on Property Auction.
10. LE VAN TRI - Legal education for people of ethnic minorities by village-level judicial and civil status servants
The article discusses the role of judicial and civil status servants in bringing the law into social life, especially for ethnic minorities, from which, proposes some solutions to improve the capacity of the contingent of judicial and civil status civil servants at village level in law dissemination and education.
11. BUI HUU TOAN - Sanctions for administrative violations - Effective tools to protect intellectual property rights
This article clarifies the advantages of protecting intellectual property rights by administrative sanctions compared to owners’ self-protecting their own intellectual property rights or through civil or criminal measures, from that, proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the effectiveness of administrative sanctions for acts of infringing upon intellectual property rights.
12. HOANG MINH KHOI - Difficulties and obstacles in birth registration for ethnic minorities in Gia Lai province
This article mentions the legal value of birth certificates and analyzes some difficulties and obstacles in birth registration for people of ethnic minorities in Gia Lai province, thereby, giving some suggestions and proposals to improve the efficiency of this work in the future.
