This article researches and analyzes the problems and inadequacies in making records of administrative violations according to the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations and documents detailing the implementation of the Law and makes suggestions and recommendations to continuing completion of legal regulations on this issue.

The article analyzes legal regulations and a number of cases of law violations on counterfeit goods and goods that do not conform to published standards, comments on the practice of handling violations, and from there, makes suggestions to complete legal regulations and mechanisms for handling violations of the law on this content.
4. NGUYEN HUY HOANG NAM - Discussing the exclusion of civil liability according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
This article analyzes cases where subjects in civil legal relations are excluded from liability when the violation of their obligations does not originate from themselves but is due to the direct impact of other undesirable situations (such as force majeure events or the sole fault of the entitled party).

Within the scope of the article, the author studies a number of provisions of criminal procedure law on handling evidence that is wild animals, endangered, precious, and rare animals and the current situation of application, on that basis, the author makes recommendations to contribute to improving the provisions of criminal procedure law on this issue.
6. NGUYEN HUONG GIANG, NGUYEN THU NGAN, NGUYEN THE DUY - Completing regulations on compensation liability in case that automated assets cause damage
This article provides a general overview of automation assets, based on understanding the legal provisions on liability for compensation in cases where this asset causes damage to determine liability for compensation and the subject must compensate, from there, proposes to improve the provisions of law governing this institution.

The article focuses on analyzing a number of theoretical issues on sustainable development and the right to access land information, assessing the current status of regulations on the right to access land information in Vietnam today and offering some solutions to ensure the right to access land information in the future.
9. NGUYEN THI PHUONG ANH - Improving the effectiveness of administrative reform of the Ministry of Justice in the coming time
The article outlines and analyzes the results achieved by the Ministry of Justice's administrative reform work in 2023 and proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in combination with the orientations of administrative reform and building the current socialist rule-of-law state.
