LAW MAKING AND LAW COMPLETION
1. Nguyen Thi Minh Ha - Controlling state administrative activities according to the 2013 Constitution and Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW
Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated November 9th, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and complete the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law State in the new period identifies one of the three focuses is “improving the mechanism to control state power, promoting the prevention and combat of corruption and negativity...”. Thus, controlling state power is considered one of the ways to further promote the ongoing prevention and fight against corruption in Vietnam, so that the implementation of state power really serves the people and for the people.
2. do Thi Thanh Huyen - Amending the Health Insurance Law to overcome problems and inadequacies in the implementation process
The article addresses the problems and shortcomings in the process of implementing the 2008 Health Insurance Law (amended and supplemented in 2014), and analyzes some of the main policies and amendment directions in the Project amending the Health Insurance Law.
3. Nguyen Van Quy - Improving regulations on victims' litigation in Vietnamese criminal proceedings
This article discusses the regulations on litigation of victims in criminal proceedings, points out inadequacies, limitations and recommendations, improving legal regulations on litigation of victims in criminal proceedings in Vietnam.
4. Tran duc Thu - Completing regulations on the People's Court's jurisdiction over the collection of documents and evidence in trial activities
Currently, the National Assembly is completing the process of amending the Law on Organization of the People's Courts, in which the authority of the People's Courts to collect documents and evidence is a content that needs to be improved to meet the needs of performing tasks in the direction where the People's Courts adjudicate "the case on file". To ensure the feasibility of the regulations, based on the principles in each proceeding, the article offers solutions to complete the Draft Law on Organization of the People's Courts (amended) to meet the requirements of improving the quality of judicial activities of the People's Court.
5. Bui Kim Hieu - Improving legal regulations on forms of sexual harassment in the workplace
The article focuses on analyzing and identifying forms of sexual harassment in the workplace, while pointing out the shortcomings and problems in relevant legal regulations and making some recommendations on this issue.
LAW IMPLEMENTATION
6. Trinh Thi Thanh - Six years of implementation of the 2017 Legal Aid Law and tasks and solutions in the coming time
The article analyzes some outstanding results after 6 years of implementing the Law on Legal Aid of 2017, from there, proposes a number of tasks and solutions that need to be implemented in the coming time.
7. Nguyen Thi Nga & group of students - Commercialization of land use rights in Vietnam - Theoretical and practical issues
The article provides an overview of the commercialization of land use rights and the role of commercialization of land use rights; researches and evaluates land legal regulations and suggests issues to ensure effective implementation of the 2024 Land Law on commercialization of land use rights.
8. do Thi Hoa - Legal liability due to violation of the obligation to provide information when entering into a labor contract
The 2015 Civil Code has had an innovation when it specifically stipulates the obligation to provide information when concluding contracts in general in Article 387. Approaching from a specialized legal perspective, it can be seen that trends legalizing the obligation to provide information and legal liability arising from violation of information obligations when entering into labor contracts will create a clear legal basis for the process of applying the law.

In this article, the author analyzes the current state of Vietnamese law on individual corporate bond issuance and proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of law implementation.

The article focuses on researching and evaluating the practice of ensuring women's rights in cyberspace, understanding the causes, and from there, the research team proposes measures to ensure women's rights in cyberspace in an effective and feasible way.
11. Vu Thi Bich Hai & Nguyen Quyet Thang - Tax obligations of individuals when transferring real estate
This article analyzes and evaluates the provisions of current Vietnamese law related to determining individual tax obligations when transferring real estate from an actual case. On that basis, the author points out problems and inadequacies in practical application and recommends improving and enhancing the ability to apply the law on this issue.
INTERNATIONAL LAW
12. Nguyen Ngoc Anh dao - Laws on copyright protection for scientific works at higher education institutions of some countries and experience for Vietnam
The article focuses on analyzing the legal regulations of some countries on copyright protection of scientific works at higher education institutions, from which, drawing some experiences for Vietnam in completing the law on this issue.
13. Ho Dieu Huyen - Regulations on electronic signatures in Indonesian law
Electronic signatures are an alternative to manual signatures and have the same function as manual signatures. In this article, the author provides an overview of electronic signatures in general and regulations on electronic signatures in Indonesian law in particular. Accordingly, it can be seen that the Indonesian Government has clear and specific legal regulations on electronic signatures to ensure transparency, honesty, prudence, responsibility and fairness of electronic transactions.
14. dinh Minh Tam, Nguyen Thuc Anh & Nguyen Kim Phuong - Thailand's law on class action and proposals for Vietnam
This article studies Thailand's legal regulations on class actions and evaluates the advantages and limitations of this legal mechanism. From there, some comments and suggestions are made to improve Vietnamese law on class actions.
