The article analyzes the marriage relationship between Vietnamese citizens and foreigners in the context of international integration, and makes recommendations to improve the law on marriage relationships between Vietnamese citizens and foreigners in Vietnam to better ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the parties when participating in marriage relationships between Vietnamese citizens and foreigners.

The article analyzes the provisions of current Vietnamese law on non-infringement exceptions to copyright in library activities, points out some limitations and difficulties in practice, from there, proposes some solutions to improve the law and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement on this issue.

The article focuses on generalizing the law on handling collateral assets as movable property in lending activities of commercial banks; clearly pointing out the difficulties and inadequacies in the law and giving some recommendations for law improvement in this field.

In this article, the author analyzes and clarifies the concept of fake civil contracts, the current status of signing fake civil contracts in Vietnam and makes some recommendations to improve the law.

The article focuses on analyzing and discussing the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on collecting, checking, evaluating and using evidence from electronic data sources, on that basis, proposes some recommendations to improve and enhance the effectiveness of application.
10. NONG THI THOA - Resolving the issue of unauthorized marriage registration under the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family
In the article, the author analyzes the legal provisions on handling unauthorized marriage registration in Article 13 of the 2014 Law on Marriage and Family and proposes solutions to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of relevant entities when handling this relationship in practice.
11. NGUYEN PHUONG THAO - Registering a trademark with bad intentions - Legal regulations and practical application
The article analyzes the legal provisions and practical application of the act of registering a trademark with bad intentions in the 2005 Intellectual Property Law, amended and supplemented in 2022, and proposes to improve the law on this content.
12. NGUYEN TIEN NAM - Discussing evidence from electronic data sources in criminal proceedings
The article discusses the provisions of criminal procedural law on evidence from electronic data sources, at the same time, analyzes some problems in the provisions of law and practice of collecting evidence from electronic data sources; from there, gives some recommendations related to this issue.
13. NGUYEN THI BINH - Identifying acts considered as corruption crimes under current Vietnamese law
The article analyzes acts of corruption from the perspective of theory and positive law points out some shortcomings in the provisions of the law on determining acts of corruption, types of legal responsibilities applied to acts of corruption. From there, the author proposes solutions to improve the law on this issue.

The article outlines cases of exemption from liability for compensation for damages under the Law on Consumer Protection of 2023, analyzes the theoretical basis and the advantages and disadvantages of the regulations on these cases.
15. LE TIEN HOANG - Compatibility of Vietnamese criminal law with the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
Based on the analysis of the compatibility of Vietnamese criminal law with the 1984 Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, the author makes a number of proposals for implementation.

From analyzing the experiences of India and Australia about trade defense investigation, the article proposes some suggestions for improving the law to improve the effectiveness of trade defense investigation practices in Vietnam in the coming time.

19. LE THI MINH - Law of the European Union on the protection of works created by artificial intelligence and some recommendations for Vietnam
Artificial intelligence (AI) systems can create works with very little human intervention. This raises a major issue for copyright law as to whether an AI-generated work is eligible for protection. This article learns about European Union (EU) copyright law approach to this issue, and then makes some recommendations for Vietnam.

The article analyzes and clarifies some issues regarding the basic sources of International Humanitarian Law and points out the different roles of each type of source applied in the international humanitarian field.
