The article studies and refers to some provisions of the 2012 Trade Union Law that
is not consistent with the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code. From there, it makes a number of recommendations to amend and supplement the 2012 Trade Union Law to ensure compatibility with the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code.
2. VO THANH DAT - Completing the criminal procedural law on evidence as electronic data
The article studies, analyzes and evaluates the provisions of Vietnamese criminal procedural law on evidence as electronic data, on that basis, proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to improving the law, meeting the practical requirements of criminal case investigation.
3. DUONG HONG NHUNG- Completing the law on applying temporary emergency measures in arbitration proceedings
The article analyzes and clarifies the provisions of the 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration on the application of temporary emergency measures in arbitration proceedings; at the same time, it points out some shortcomings, difficulties and recommends improvements to the law related to this issue.
4. TRAN LINH HUAN & PHAN THI KIM NGAN - Developing renewable energy in Vietnam and some recommendations for improving policies and laws
The article briefly outlines the legal provisions governing the development of renewable energy in Vietnam; at the same time, analyzes some remaining problems and shortcomings in policies and laws on renewable energy development; thereby, proposing some solutions to improve and enhance efficiency.
5. CHU QUOC TOAN & TRUONG THI TUYET MINH - Completing the law on separating criminal cases for investigation
The article analyzes some shortcomings of the legal provisions on separating criminal cases for investigation, thereby making some recommendations to improve the law on this issue.

6. HOANG XUAN CHAU & NGUYEN THI TIEP - Improving the system of law violation prevention and early intervention for juvenils in Vietnam - Challenges and solutions
The article studies and evaluates the current status of the system of law violation prevention and early intervention for juvenils in Vietnam, and at the same time, proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this system.
7. NGUYEN PHUONG THAO, LUONG MAI TRANG & PHAM HAI YEN - Defining the concept of internet intermediary service providers in Vietnamese law - From a comparative legal perspective
The article analyzes, compares, and evaluates the definitions of the concept of “internet intermediary service provider” according to the legal regulations of the United States, Singapore, the European Union (EU) and Vietnam, thereby making some recommendations to improve the definition of internet intermediary service providers in Vietnam.
8. NGUYEN VAN NGHIEP - Execution of death penalty - Some difficulties in implementation and proposals for legal improvement
The article analyzes the legal provisions on the death penalty, points out some difficulties and problems in the process of executing the death penalty, on that basis, recommends some solutions to improve the legal provisions on the sequence and procedures for executing the death penalty in the Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments.
9. BUI HUY TUNG - Ensuring consistency in regulations on the statute of limitations for enforcement of decisions on compulsory administrative sanctions
The statute of limitations for enforcement of decisions on compulsory sanctioning of
administrative violations is an important institution of administrative law, with the role of ensuring the rule of law in state administrative activities. However, there is currently no consistency in legal regulations on the statute of limitations for enforcement of decisions on compulsory sanctioning of administrative violations. This article studies and analyzes the current status of legal regulations on the statute of limitations for enforcement of decisions on compulsory sanctioning of administrative violations, on that basis, proposes a number of solutions to ensure the consistency of legal regulations on the statute of limitations for enforcement of decisions on compulsory sanctioning of administrative violations.
10. VU ANH TUAN - Improving the effectiveness of preventing crimes of sexual abuse of children in cyberspace in the current period
Recently, the situation of crimes taking advantage of the Internet to sexually abuse children has had many complicated developments, increasing in the level and number of cases, causing confusion and indignation in public opinion. Based on research and analysis of developments, situations, methods and common crimes, the author proposes a number of solutions to contribute to further improving the effectiveness of preventing crimes of sexual abuse of children in cyberspace in the coming time.
11. NGUYEN MINH THU & NGUYEN VAN BANG GIANG - Some solutions to overcome limitations and shortcomings in the law regarding the regulation on conditional early release from prison
The article analyzes the difficulties, obstacles, and shortcomings in the implementation of legal regulations on conditional early release from prison, and from there, proposes some solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of implementation
