Within the scope of this article, the author raises some inconsistent views on determining circumstances of recidivism and dangerous recidivism during the investigation, prosecution and trial process; from there, makes judgments and assessments in cases where the offender has a criminal record in order to clearly determine whether the offender's criminal behavior is a repeat offender or a dangerous repeat offender.

The article focuses on clarifying the current noise pollution situation in Ho Chi Minh City and the current situation of control in this regard, thereby making a number of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of noise pollution control.
10. TRAN VIET LONG - Law on preventing anti-circumvention safeguard measures in Vietnam today
This article analyzes current law on anti-circumvention safeguard measures and some issues raised in practice. According to the author, the law on this issue needs to be closer to the law of developed countries. To implementing effectively the law on anti-circumvention safeguard measures, there needs to be initiative from state management agencies and enterprises.
