The Draft Law on Social Insurance (amended) has made a significant step forward in many aspects, aiming to ensure the rights and interests of a large number of workers, social security and international integration. Based on the study of the Draft Law on Social Insurance (amended), the author makes some comments to improve the specific provisions of the Draft.
2. LUONG VAN TUAN - Internalizing the action plan of the Project of preventing tax base erosion and transfer profits into Vietnam's digital economy
This article studies the contents of the Preventing Tax Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Project (BEPS) launched at the G20 Summit with a plan to implement 15 specific actions under the Agreement to prevent tax base erosion and profit shifting (MLI), from there, makes proposals to improve the legal corridor for the digital economy in Vietnam.
3. HO THI THANH TRUC - Completing tax laws for the sharing economy model in Vietnam
This article researches tax policy and tax management for the sharing economy model in Vietnam and makes some recommendations to improve the law on this issue in the near future.

This article discusses the current status of implementing the Law on Mediation at Grassroots level in Hau Giang Province, analyzes some limitations, points out the causes and proposes some solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing this Law in the Hau Giang province.
6. LE THI HUYEN TRAN - Discussing confrontation activity in criminal investigation for people under 18 years old
The article analyzes the provisions of criminal procedure law on confrontation activity for people under 18 years old and the current implementation status, thereby proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of this activity in the future.
7. NGO PHAN NHAN - Solutions to improve the effectiveness of criminal investigation guidance of police investigation agencies at all levels
The article clarifies the legal regulations on guidelines for investigating criminal cases of police investigation agencies at all levels and the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; and on that basis, proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work in the future.

In an effort to provide examples and legal models to build and improve Vietnamese law in the field of sustainable development of agricultural production, this article refers to ecological - environmental certifications having the ability to bind and control the implementation of environmental commitments of professional entities in the agricultural and food sector according to European and French law.

10. NGO QUYNH LIEN - New points of ICSID Arbitration Rules 2022 - Opportunities, challenges for foreign investors and host countries
This article analyzes the new highlights of the 2022 ICSID Arbitration Rules on dispute resolution between foreign investors and investment-receiving countries, thereby assessing the opportunities and challenges of foreign investors and host country.
11. TIEU THI HA PHUONG - Discretionary right to prosecute - Regulations of some countries around the world and implications for Vietnam
The article contributes to clarifying some theoretical aspects of prosecutorial discretion right, the regulation of prosecutorial discretion right in the United States and many countries under the Common Law legal system, thereby providing suggestions for Vietnamese criminal procedure law.
