3. TRAN HONG NHUNG - Improving legal regulations related to the transfer of emissions reduction results from deforestation and forest degradation
The article studies the legal basis of transferring the results of reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD+), the provisions of international and Vietnamese law, and points out the limitations of the law, from there, the author has a number of proposals to improve the legal provisions to be complete, consistent, and transparent in the management of this activity.

In this article, the author focuses on analyzing the role of social work in ensuring the rights of child victims in criminal cases and current legal regulations; analyzes limitations and shortcomings and proposes directions to improve the law on social work to best ensure the rights of child victims in criminal cases.
8. SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH GROUP - The defendant's right to silence - Some issues raised by proof activities during the investigation phase of criminal cases
In this article, the authors focus on clarifying the meaning of the defendant's right not to be forced to testify against himself or to admit his guilt, and from there, propose a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of proof activities during the investigation phase of criminal cases.

The article analyzes the current status of fire prevention and fighting at karaoke service establishments in Ha Dong district, Hanoi City, and from there, the authors propose a number of measures to enhance the responsibility of karaoke service establishments and state management agencies in fire prevention and fighting.
