1. NGUYEN DUY QUOC - Improving the efficiency of land economic management and implementing land use rights at public educational institutions
In the trend of public educational institutions being fully financially autonomous, effective management and use of land is suitable for current conditions. The article addresses the issue of improving the efficiency of land economic management and implementation of land use rights of public educational institutions.
2. DANG THI NGOC THI - Land Law of 2024: Some new points and proposals to improve the implementation guidance documents
The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating some of the amended, supplemented, and newly regulated contents of the 2024 Land Law. Thereby, it proposes to complete the implementation guidance document to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the 2024 Land Law in the coming time.
3. NGUYEN DUY QUOC & NGO HAI SON - Discussing the nature of land compensation when the State recovers land from households and individuals
Land compensation when the State recovers land is always an issue of concern to the people. Therefore, clarifying the nature of land compensation when recovering land from households and individuals contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of land compensation regulations, protecting the interests of people whose land is recovered, and limiting land complaints.
4. LE VAN LY - Labor contracts at administrative agencies, public service units and some proposals and recommendations
This article focuses on analyzing relevant regulations and evaluating the current status of labor contract implementation for some types of jobs in administrative agencies and public service units. And then, the author proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing labor contract regimes at administrative agencies and public service units according to current legal regulations.
5. NGUYEN THỊ KIM HOA - Law on e-commerce - Some issues raised
The article studies and evaluates the legal regulations on e-commerce in Vietnam and some issues arising in the current context. From there, the author makes proposals and recommendations to improve the law on e-commerce in the coming time.
6. NGUYEN THI NA - Improving the efficiency of law enforcement on food safety in the current context
In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 having a profound impact on the economy with many diverse production and business methods, the issue of ensuring food safety is a challenge for the State and the whole society. The article studies the situation of law enforcement on food safety and proposes a number of solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of state management on food safety in the new situation.
7. LE VAN HAO - Applying the additional penalty of "probation" - Limitations, inadequacies and proposals to improve the law
The article focuses on analyzing the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Code (as amended and supplemented in 2017) on the additional penalty of probation, pointing out inadequacies, limitations and proposals to improve the law.
8. THAI QUOC PHONG - Completing the law on the obligations of food consumers according to the Law on Consumer Protection of 2023
The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating some issues that are still limited and inadequate in the legal regulations on the obligations of food consumers from the perspective of protecting consumer rights, from which the author makes some proposals and recommendations to improve the legal regulations related to this field.
9. TRAN LAM - Completing the law on environmental impact assessment in Vietnam
Sustainable development based on attracting investors while ensuring environmental quality is an inevitable requirement. Therefore, studying the legal regulations on environmental impact assessment (for investment projects) to aim for complete solutions is very necessary, especially in the current socio-economic context of Vietnam.
10. TRINH THI MUOI - Tontine relationships according to the provisions of civil law - Perspectives from practice and some solutions
Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes the provisions of current law on tontine relationships and analyzes some typical variations in participating in hui and clan relationships; from there, proposes solutions to contribute to limiting variations as well as disputes in hui and clan transactions in the coming time.
11. TRAN THI TY - Urban and rural government models - Current situation and solutions
To achieve the country's development goal by 2045, Vietnam must comprehensively change its economic, urban and institutional appearance towards urbanization, digital government, and a market economy. That requires local authorities at all levels to be dynamic, creative, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, reduce focal points, reduce intermediate levels, improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations to quickly respond and resolve problems arising locally, cutting administrative procedures, attracting investment.
12. DANG THI HA - Inadequacies in legal regulations on promulgation of legal documents and recommendations for improvement
The article analyzes some shortcomings in the regulations of the law on issuing legal normative documents. Based on that, the article puts forward some suggestions to improve the current legal framework on the issuance of legal normative documents in Vietnam.
