1. DANG NGOC LONG & VU THI HONG HA - Completing the legal framework for youth start-up activities in the data economy in Vietnam
The article studies and evaluates the necessity of youth start up in the data economy, thereby making some recommendations to improve the legal framework for youth start-up.
2. HOANG NHU QUYNH - Digital transformation in detecting contradictions and overlaps in the system of legal documents in Vietnam
The article analyzes and clarifies the current state of contradictions and overlaps in current laws as well as the significance of digital transformation activities to detect those contradictions and overlaps; at the same time, researches and evaluates the practice of digital transformation in detecting contradictions and overlaps in the current system of legal documents in Vietnam; thereby, proposing a number of orientations and solutions for digital transformation towards ensuring the consistency of the legal system and conditions and roadmap for application in the coming time.
3. NGUYEN KHANH LINH - Protecting privacy right in the digital transformation era
Through the study of provisions in international treaties, resolutions of the United Nations and legal regulations of the European Union and some countries on privacy protection, the article reflects core issues of privacy in the digital age, while emphasizing new challenges and requirements in protecting human privacy. On that basis, it makes some recommendations to improve the effectiveness of privacy protection in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam.
4. NGUYEN THI LONG, NGUYEN VIET BACH & HA TRONG BAC - Completing the legal framework for telemedicine in Vietnam
Telemedicine is a form of medical examination and treatment without direct contact between the practitioner and the patient, which is carried out through equipment and information technology. The article studies, analyzes and recommends specific proposals to improve the legal framework for telemedicine, helping to ensure the quality of medical services, protect the rights of doctors and patients, and promote the sustainable development of the health sector.
5. PHAN VU - Difficulties in making laws on artificial intelligence in Vietnam and some solutions
In recent years, the remarkable development of artificial intelligence (AI) with its deep, wide and accessible application to users around the world has changed many aspects of human life in both positive and negative directions. Therefore, the development of AI law-making in Vietnam aims to simultaneously achieve two goals: Encouraging research, development and application of AI and controlling risks from AI in Vietnam. Based on theoretical foundations and practical experience, the article analyzes the difficulties in AI law-making in Vietnam today and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of AI-related law-making.
6. LE THI HONG HANH - Ensuring the right to access legal information of ethnic minorities in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam
The article analyzes, evaluates the necessity of ensuring the right to access legal information of ethnic minorities in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam; at the same time, analyzes the current situation of ensuring the right to access legal information of ethnic minorities in digital transformation; thereby, proposing directions and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of this work in the coming time.
7. HA TRONG BAC, NGUYEN THI LONG & PHAM VU GIA KHANH - Protecting privacy right when operating smart cities - Singapore's experience and suggestions for Vietnam
The article studies the achievements in building a legal framework for protecting personal privacy right, a legal framework for building and operating smart cities in Singapore, and at the same time, studies the practical implementation of privacy protection activities in Singapore. From there, it studies the achievements and difficulties that this country has achieved and resolved. At the same time, it proposes specific methods for Vietnam to complete the dual goal of both protecting personal privacy right and successfully building and operating a smart city model in Vietnam.
8. DAO BA MINH & DINH MINH CHAU - Regulations on artificial intelligence in the Law on Japanese product liability and some suggestions for Vietnam
Artificial intelligence (AI) is making significant changes to many business and life activities, but its unpredictable, unexplainable nature and the risks in data raise many concerns about privacy, security, and fairness. The issue now is how to address the risks of AI, while promoting innovation and beneficial use of AI. This article analyzes Japan's approach to developing legal regulations governing AI in the Product Liability Law, thereby providing some suggestions for Vietnam.
