This article discusses the current status of the legal framework on supporting the standard of living, adequate benefits and employment for people with disabilities in Vietnam. From there, it points out the shortcomings and limitations in the legal framework on this issue and proposes solutions for improvement.
3. HO THI THANH TRUC & NGUYEN HOAI BAO TRAM - Identifying counterfeit goods regarding intellectual property under Vietnamese law
The production and trade of counterfeit goods pose many challenges to intellectual property rights globally, affecting the economy and brand integrity. Counterfeit intellectual property goods undermine legitimate businesses, especially in the luxury industry. This problem is becoming increasingly urgent in the context of increasingly advanced science and technology, where counterfeiting becomes more sophisticated and complex. This article focuses on studying the law and practice of counterfeit intellectual property goods, on that basis, it proposes solutions to the shortcomings and difficulties related to this issue.

The article analyzes and clarifies the current development status of the crypto-asset market, analyzes legal risks and the need to build a legal framework for this field in Vietnam today.

6. NGUYEN TRUNG KIEN - Enforcement of the law on wildlife protection in Vietnam today
Vietnam is also known as a place with many endangered animals at high risk of extinction. In this situation, the article analyzes and clarifies the current situation of wildlife encroachment in Vietnam, the completion of the legal corridor for conservation and protection of endangered, precious and rare species; thereby, proposing solutions to contribute to ensuring the enforcement of laws on wildlife protection in our country today.
7. NGUYEN TUAN HAI - Legal status of the asset management officers under Vietnam's bankruptcy law and enforcement practices
Currently, the legal status of asset management officers in Vietnam is not complete, there are many shortcomings, such as the lack of clear regulations on professional duties, remuneration mechanisms, specific rights and obligations, as well as conditions for practice. In fact, currently, asset management officers are not recognized as a specialized profession, leading to difficulties in performing their work and prolonging the time to handle bankruptcy-related cases, causing damage to debtors, creditors and the State. Given these shortcomings, it is necessary to study and analyze the practical practice of asset management officers, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improve the provisions of the 2014 Bankruptcy Law on the legal status of .asset management officers.
8. DINH ANH TUAN - Enhancing the role of the people's police force in enforcing fire prevention and fighting laws in mini-apartments
The article analyzes and evaluates the current status of laws and law enforcement on fire prevention and fighting in mini-apartments, pointing out difficulties and limitations in the process of law enforcement. On that basis, it proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting in mini-apartments, especially the coordination between the people's police force with functional agencies, investors and the community of residents to minimize the risk of fire and explosion, ensuring safety for people.

9. PHAN DONG PHONG, NGUYEN HUY ANH & NGUYEN MAI CHI - Invisible overtime under the laws of some countries and implications for Vietnam
Invisible overtime is a situation where workers have to work beyond the prescribed hours without being officially recognized or paid properly. Currently, some countries in the world have relatively specific regulations on invisible overtime. However, in Vietnam, current labor laws do not have specific regulations on invisible overtime, especially in the context of increased online work after the Covid-19 pandemic and the digital age, affecting the health and rights of workers. Based on an analysis of the legal regulations of some countries in the world on invisible overtime, assessing the current state of law and practice in Vietnam, this article proposes a number of recommendations to improve the law on overtime in Vietnam to better protect the rights of workers and contribute to building a fair and sustainable working environment.
