The article studies, analyzes and evaluates the current status of the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on environmental crimes in Vietnam today, on that basis, proposes some recommendations for improving the law.
2. DO TRAN HA LINH & Student group - Improving legal provisions on preventing and combating online money laundering
The development of the internet has had a profound impact on many areas of human economic and social life. However, in addition to its benefits, the internet has also
increased the more and more sophisticatied high-tech crimes, including online money laundering - a matter of concern in Vietnam and global scope. The article focuses on analyzing the advantages and limitations of Vietnamese law in preventing and combating online money laundering, thereby proposing some solutions to improve legal regulations on this issue.
3. LE KHAC THANH & NGUYEN THI QUYNH ANH - Law on preventing and Combating sexual harassment in the workplace and some recommendations for improvement
Sexual harassment in the workplace seriously affects the physical, mental and psychological health of workers, causing their work efficiency to decrease and the working environment to become unsafe. Therefore, international law and the laws of many countries have provisions to ensure a healthy working environment as well as protect the rights of workers. Vietnamese law has also set out provisions to prevent and limit sexual harassment in the workplace. This article focuses on clarifying the legal issues on preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace from the perspective of international law and Vietnamese law, thereby proposing some recommendations to improve the law on this issue in Vietnam.
4. HOANG THAI DUY - Improving criminal procedural law on interrogation of juvenil accused
Interrogation of accused is one of the important investigative measures in the process of solving criminal cases. In particular, when the subject of this activity is a juvenil (under 18 years old) with incomplete physical and mental development, friendly interrogation procedures need to be applied to ensure the effectiveness of the fight against crime, while protecting their legitimate rights and interests. Based on comparison with international legal standards, this article studies the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code (amended and supplemented in 2021) and the 2024 Law on Juvenile Justice related to the interrogation of juvenil accused, thereby making a number of proposals to contribute to improving regulations in this field.

5. TRAN LINH HUAN, TRAN MINH CHUONG & PHAM THI HONG TAM -Protection and development of mangrove forests - Current situation and recommendations for policies and laws
Mangrove forests are one of the important ecosystems, providing shelter, food for many animals, helping to stabilize the coast, protect dykes and act as a shield against storms and natural disasters, contributing significantly to the socio-economic life of coastal people. However, the protection and development of mangrove forests has not been really effective and met practical requirements. This comes from many different causes, including limitations and inadequacies in policies and laws on this issue. The article analyzes, evaluates and clarifies the limitations and inadequacies in current policies and laws on the protection and development of mangrove forests, thereby making some recommendations for improvement.
6. LU KE TRUONG - Measures to prevent and combat the crime of rape of people
under 16 years old according to the functions of the criminal police force
The article studies the activities of preventing and combating the crime of rape of people under 16 years old according to the functions of the criminal police force. At the same time, it points out the measures of prevention and combat against the crime of rape of people under 16 years old according to the functions of the criminal police force.

7. HO THI THANH TRUC & LE THI HONG LIEU - The right to space development in India and recommendations for Vietnam
The right to develop space and the mechanism for transferring the right to develop space are recognized in Indian law. The mechanism for transferring the right to develop space allows the right to develop space to be transferred from one location to another through the forms of purchase, exchange, giving and receiving or other transactions for purposes such as preserving heritage structures, creating open spaces, protecting the environment and ecology or constructing structures without having to recover land. Research shows that Vietnam has no regulations on the right to develop space. This article studies the right to develop space under Indian law and makes some recommendations for Vietnam.
8. VU THI TU LINH - Laws on protecting workers in the gig economy model in China and some suggestions for Vietnam
The article analyzes and evaluates the provisions of Chinese law on protecting workers in the gig economy model, thereby suggesting some experiences to contribute to improving the law and improving the effectiveness of law enforcement on this issue in Vietnam.
