6. NGUYEN HONG BACH - Rights of the accused and responsibilities of the investigating agency in ensuring the rights of the accused
The article assesses the current situation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015 on the rights of the accused and the responsibilities of the competent procedure-conducting agencies in general and the investigating agencies in particular in ensuring rights of the accused and makes recommendations to improve the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015 to further ensure the rights of the accused.
7. TRAN LE DANG PHUONG & NGUYEN THANH PHUONG - Law on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of land - Current situation and solutions
The article focuses on analyzing the shortcomings related to the sanctioning of administrative violations in the land sector as stipulated in the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations and Decree No. 91/2019/ND-CP dated 19/11/ 2019 of the Government on sanctioning administrative violations in the land sector, from which, proposes some solutions to improve the law on this issue.
8. NGUYEN THI PHUONG - Division of common property of husband and wife in case one of the spouses dies or is declared dead by a court decision
In the article, the author analyzes the principles and legal consequences of division of common property in the event that one of the spouses dies or is declared dead by a court decision, thereby proposing solutions to improve legal regulations, and to create a solid legal corridor during the Court's acceptance and settlement of related cases.
9. DO THANH CONG - Completing the law applying coercive measures to commercial legal entities committing crimes
The article analyzes the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015 on coercive measures applied to commercial legal entities committing crimes to make some recommendations to improve the law and improve the efficiency of applying these measures in our country in the near future.

The article summarizes the current situation of environmental law violations in Vietnam, analyzes and clarifies the shortcomings and inadequacies in the regulation and application of the law on handling violations of the environmental law, from there, recommends to improve the law and improve the efficiency of state management in this field.
