1. LE THI THU THUY - Some theoretical issues about financial market supervision institution in Vietnam
The article clarifies some theoretical issues about financial market and financial market supervision institution; analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of financial market supervision models in the world and in Vietnam, supervision content and methods of financial market supervision; assesses the current legal status of financial market supervision in Vietnam as a basis for completing the law and improving the effectiveness of this market supervision.
2. LE MINH THAI - Completing the law on commercial contracts
In the context that Vietnam has joined and is negotiating free trade agreements, it is required to amend regulations on commercial contracts to be consistent with the 2015 Civil Code and international commitments becoming urgent. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing the legal status of commercial contracts, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the law on this issue.
3. PHAM DUC HUYEN - Completing legal regulations and improving the efficiency of temporary detention to meet the requirements of the management of the accused and defendants in the current situation
The article discusses the current legal regulations and proposes solutions to improve the legal provisions and enhance the efficiency of the enforcement of detention measures in the criminal procedure law and the 2015 Law on enforcement of temporary custody and detention.
4. TRAN LINH HUAN & PHAM THI HONG TAM - Completing regulations on land price bracket in the current Draft Land Law
The 2013 Land Law was promulgated, bringing positive results in the process of land management and use by the State. However, besides that, there are still some problems that are still limited, inadequate and inappropriate. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to amend, supplement and continue to improve the law on land. One of the current key contents is that in the Draft Land Law, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has proposed to abolish the regulation on the land price bracket. The article points out a number of shortcomings in the regulations on land price brackets, thereby making recommendations to improve this issue.
5. LE BICH NGOC - Completing the law on credit cards in Vietnam
Credit cards are gradually becoming a popular means of payment in most countries around the world, including Vietnam. However, the current Vietnamese law on credit cards still contains inappropriate contents. Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes some inadequacies and makes recommendations to improve the law on credit cards in Vietnam.
6. NGUYEN THI NGAN & VU THUONG THAO - Completing the law on capital mobilization in real estate business in Vietnam
The article generalizes the situation of capital mobilization in real estate business in Vietnam, analyzes the inadequacies of the law on capital mobilization in real estate business, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the law on this issue.

7. NGUYEN THI KIM THANH - Limiting freedom of contract in commercial activities related to social ethics in Vietnam today
This article deals with the limitation of freedom of contract in commercial activities related to moral values in society, assesses the current situation and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of law implementation on the limitation of freedom of contracts in commercial activities related to social ethics in Vietnam.
8. NGUYEN THAI TRUONG - Rights and obligations of asset administrators under Vietnam’s bankruptcy law
The article generally analyzes the basic rights and obligations of an asset administrator in accordance with the provisions of Vietnam's bankruptcy law, thereby making some recommendations and solutions to contribute to improving and enhancing the efficiency of the current bankruptcy law implementation.
9. PHAM QUANG TIEN - The capacity to be responsible for compensation for non-contractual personal damage in the current civil law
Over time of practical application, the regulation of liability for non-contractual damages under the Civil Code of 2015 has revealed certain limitations. Therefore, a re-evaluation of the provisions of the 2015 Civil Code on this issue is necessary to make appropriate adjustments, ensuring the important role of regulations on the capacity to be responsible for compensation for personal damage in settling civil case.
10. NGUYEN PHUONG LINH - Improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization of the masses to participate in the prevention of crimes and other activities related to banking activities of the economic police
The article discusses the achieved results, and analyzes some difficulties and limitations in the propaganda and mobilization of the masses to participate in the prevention of crimes against regulations on banking and other activities related to the banking activities of the economic police force, thereby, proposing some solutions to improve the efficiency of this work in the coming time.

This article discusses the current situation and some causes and conditions of child sex offenders in tourism activities, thereby, making some recommendations on this issue.

This article assesses the current situation, causes and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of the economic crime prevention and control in the field of public investment of the economic police force in Ho Chi Minh City.
