The article analyzes the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on criminal liability for commercial legal entities, from which, proposes some solutions to improve the law on this issue.

The article mentions the content of two most important theories of legal science in the world in law making: natural law and positive law, thereby, clearly analyzing the role or impact of natural law for the positive law in determining the limit of the positive law - one of the mandatory requirements when making laws, contributing to complete the theory on state power control in the rule of law state.

The article focuses on analyzing the current situation of the law regulating the sharing economy model in the transport sector in Vietnam, thereby, recommending solutions to improve the law regulating this issue in the coming time.

The article introduces the theoretical basis and international legal basis of the carbon credit market, and points out some legal problems related to the nature of carbon credits and orientation solutions to be able to safely and efficiently operate the market for carbon credits.

The article analyzes the concept and characteristics of ensuring the freedom of association of employees from the perspective of corporate social responsibility; achievements and existing limitations and inadequacies; thereby proposing recommendations to ensure the freedom of association of employees from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.

The article introduces and evaluates Korea's model of supporting child victims of sexual abuse, thereby making recommendations on building a suitable model to support child victims of sexual abuse in Vietnam today.

14. HOANG THAO ANH & HOANG THI HAI YEN - Identification of father, mother and child when there is a law violation in childbirth by procreation medically assisted according to the law of the French Republic and experience for Vietnam
Through the study of the law of the French Republic, the article provides an overview of determining the parent-child relationship in cases of law violation, thereby comparing it with the current state of Vietnamese law and draws some experiences for reference.
