This article studies and analyzes the responsibility of internet service providers in protecting personal data in the digital environment, thereby proposing improvements to the relevant laws on this issue.
2. DO THI LAN ANH & NGUYEN THI KIEU OANH - Authority to allocate, lease, and change land use purposes in the Draft Land Law (amended)
The article focuses on clarifying the regulations on the authority to allocate, lease, and change land use purposes according to the 2013 Land Law and the Draft Land Law (amended), thereby making some recommendations to improve legislation on this issue.
3. NGUYEN THANH LUAN - Some suggestions to the Draft Land Law (amended)
On the basis of studying a number of related contents, the article proposes to complete the legal provisions on the rights and obligations of citizens towards land; land recovery, land valuation principles and land price appraisal council in the Draft Land Law (amended).
4. PHAN THI QUYEN & HOANG VAN NHAT - Completing the law on capital contribution to the company with land use rights in the Draft Land Law (amended)
The article analyzes the legal theory and practice on capital contribution with land use rights, thereby proposing solutions to improve the law on this issue in the draft Land Law (amended).
5. NGUYEN THAI THU HA - Completing the law on buying and selling bad debts of Vietnam Asset Management Company
The article focuses on clarifying the concept and characteristics of bad debt buying and selling activities of Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC), shortcomings of the law on this issue, from that, providing solutions to improve the law on buying and selling bad debts of VAMC.
6. TRAN LE DANG PHUONG - Protecting the confidentiality of denunciators - Some shortcomings and suggestions for improvement
The Law on Denunciations of 2018 has created a legal corridor that contributes to protecting the confidentiality of information of denunciators. In addition, there are still some unclear provisions, which lead to the application of measures to protect the confidentiality of denunciators' information that are not really effective. The article focuses on analyzing the inadequacies in regulations on protection of denunciators' information, thereby proposing to improve this mechanism in the near future.
7. NGUYEN HUNG & HOANG TRUNG HIEU - Some theoretical and practical issues on trusts and the need to build a legal framework on trusts in Vietnam
The article analyzes the basic contents of the trust relationship, and at the same time points out some applications of trust in social life and is related to the reality of Vietnam.
8. TRAN THAO - Regulation of interpreters and translators in criminal proceedings - Some issues to be improved
The article studies the regulations on interpreters and translators in the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2021) and the legal procedure participation of interpreters and translators in practice, thereby making some recommendations to improve regulations on interpreters and translators in the coming time.

The article analyzes a number of problems in dealing with compensation for damage caused by infringing lives and health, thereby, making some recommendations for improvement on this issue.
10. LE VINH CHAU & NGO KHANH TUNG - Support obligations between husband and wife in the law on marriage and family
The article analyzes the conditions for arising support obligations between husband and wife in Vietnamese law and compares them with the laws of some countries. At the same time, on the basis of theory and practice, the authors make suggestions and recommendations to clarify a number of legal issues related to this support obligation.
11. NGUYEN NANG QUANG - Mediation of labor disputes under the Labor Code of 2019
The article presents, analyzes, and comments on new rules in the Labor Code of 2019, awareness, and implementation of the mediation in resolving labor disputes.

The article researches and discusses some issues about defense counsels and the defense counsel's right to collect evidence in Vietnamese criminal proceedings, limitations, shortcomings and recommendations for improvement of the legal provisions on this issue.
13. LUONG MY LINH - Problems with capital contribution with intellectual property to establish a business and recommendations for improvement
The article focuses on analyzing a number of theoretical issues related to the contribution of capital with intellectual property under Vietnamese law, and points out some limitations in the provisions of the law related to this issue, from there, making proposals and recommendations to improve the law.
14. LE THANH SON - Legal issues on raising capital by issuing corporate bonds
In this article, the author focuses on analyzing a number of legal issues related to capital raising activities in the form of corporate bond issuance, thereby making proposals, recommendations for improving effectiveness in this area.
15. HOANG THI HAI YEN & NGUYEN SON HAI - Determination of father, mother and child at court in case of no dispute
The article focuses on researching some limitations on the current state of the law and the practical implementation of the law regarding the determination of paternity, maternity, and child at court in case of no dispute, thereby proposing solutions to improve the legal framework concerning this issue.
16. NGUYEN TIEN NAM & VU THI HONG PHUONG - Discussing the crime of murder according to the provisions of Vietnamese criminal law
Within the scope of this article, the authors focus on clarifying the legal basis for determining the crime of murder according to the provisions of Vietnamese criminal law, and at the same time, highlighting the current situation and proposing solutions to contribute to the improvement of this content in the next time.
17. TRAN QUOC TUAN - Improving the effectiveness of the prevention and the fight against crime of producing and trading counterfeit goods in Vietnam today
In this article, the author points out the difficulties and obstacles in the prevention and the fight against the crime of manufacturing and trading counterfeit goods in Vietnam today, from which, proposes some solutions to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the prevention and the fight against this crime in the near future.
18. NGUYEN THI THANH THUY - Propagating and disseminating the law on fire prevention and fighting in industrial zones in Hanoi city
The article outlines the achieved results as well as limitations and shortcomings in the propaganda and dissemination of the law on fire prevention and fighting for workers in industrial zones according to the function of the fire prevention and control force, and rescue, Hanoi City Police, from there, proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of this work.

19. NGUYEN THI DIEN, NGUYEN QUOC VIET & DOAN THI HONG NINH - Completing the law on smart contracts according to US legal experience
The article analyzes an overview of smart contracts, studies US legal experience and analyzes current Vietnamese laws on legal aspects of smart contracts, thereby making some recommendations to improve the Vietnamese legal framework governing smart contracts, contributing to meet the development requirements of the digital economy in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
