1. BUI MINH HONG - Regulations on annulment of illegal marriages of Vietnam and the French Republic - Comparative perspective and proposal for improvement of the law
Annulling an illegal marriage is a sanction of law, applied to handle cases of illegal marriage, which is quite clearly defined in the laws of Vietnam and France. The study and comparison of the two countries' laws will provide some experience in improving Vietnamese law on this issue.
2. TRUONG HUY HUAN - Completing the institution of punishment execution exemption in Vietnam’s criminal law, contributing to strengthen the protection of human rights
Within the framework of the article, the author mentions a number of theoretical issues about the concept and characteristics of basic human rights that are protected through the institution of exemption from punishment execution in the criminal law; analyzes the humanitarian nature of the law through the punishment execution exemption regime and makes recommendations for the improvement of the punishment execution exemption regime in order to further strengthen the protection of human rights.
3. DO THI LAN ANH & NGUYEN THI KIEU OANH - Defining jurisdiction to settle land disputes according to the Draft Land Law (amended) and some suggestions for improvement
The article focuses on analyzing the legal provisions on the competence to settle land disputes in the 2013 Land Law and the Draft Land Law (amended), and at the same time, points out the remaining limitations and thereby makes some complete recommendations on this issue.
4. NGUYEN VAN NAM & VO VINH HIEN - Completing legal regulations on corporate bankruptcy
The article analyzes the legal status of the bankruptcy law, at the same time, points out the problems and inadequacies and proposes solutions to improve the legal regulations on bankruptcy in the coming time.
5. LAM BA KHANH TOAN & HUYNH THI CAM HONG - Completing the law on the right to unilaterally terminate a working contract of officials
This article analyzes the legal provisions related to the right to unilaterally terminate the working contract of officials as well as the practical application of this law. On that basis, the author has some recommendations to improve the law on the right to unilaterally terminate the working contract of officials in the near future.
6. VU TRINH HAI VIET - Completing the provisions of the criminal law on the crime of gambling, the crime of organizing gambling or running gambling-den
Within the scope of this article, the author mentions a number of shortcomings and limitations in the practical application of the criminal law and makes recommendations to contribute to the improvement of the provisions of the criminal law on the crime of gambling, gambling organization or running a gambling-den, and to the improvement of the effectiveness of the fight against this crime by competent authorities in the coming time.

The article analyzes the influence of subjective and objective factors, positive and negative aspects on legal education for employees as a scientific and practical basis for building solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of this work.

Within the scope of this article, the authors analyze the provisions of the law on sanctioning administrative violations in notarial activities, from this, point out shortcomings and propose complete solutions.
9. VU THI MINH HANG - Powers of the appellate trial panel of civil cases according to Vietnamese law
This article analyzes the provisions of Vietnamese law and the practical application regarding the jurisdiction of the appellate trial panel in civil cases, from there, it provides some recommendations to improve the legal provisions concerning this issue.
10. NGUYEN VUONG QUOC - Obligation to maintain confidentiality of patient information in medical examination and treatment activities in accordance with Vietnamese law
The article analyzes the limitations and inadequacies of Vietnamese law on the obligation to keep patient information confidential. On that basis, the author makes a number of suggestions and recommendations to improve the legal provisions on this issue.

14. DANG THI HONG TUYEN - Liability for breach of contract in British and Vietnamese law from a comparative perspective
Breach of contract is an act contrary to the commitments of the parties in the contract, contrary to the provisions of law, therefore, the laws of all countries stipulate that the party who violates the contract must bear certain responsibilities, but the specific regulations of countries on this issue have certain differences. The article analyzes and compares the provisions of British and Vietnamese laws on liability for breach of contract, thereby making some suggestions to improve Vietnamese law on this issue.
15. LE THI DIEM PHUONG - Protecting individual’s privacy according to US law and suggestions for Vietnam
The article analyzes the privacy rights of individuals in US law and draws experience for reference for Vietnam in the process of completing the law on this issue.
16. NGO THI PHUONG THAO - Business management rights of general partners in an auction partnership - Comparing Vietnamese law with French law
The article analyzes the provisions of Vietnamese law on business management rights of general partners in an auction partnership, on the basis of comparison and contrast with the law of the French Republic. From there, it points out some limitations and shortcomings in the provisions of Vietnamese law, and at the same time, proposes directions for amending and supplementing Vietnam's legal regulations on this issue.
17. NGUYEN THI KHANH & NGUYEN THI LAM VY - Legislation on the use of artificial intelligence to support administrative decision-making in Estonia
This article studies the legal policy of Estonia regarding the use of artificial intelligence to support administrative decision-making in the operation of state agencies and from which providing valuable reference experiences to improve Vietnam's legal system.

The article analyzes models of the organization of urban government construction in countries under the Common Law system, thereby giving some experiences for the construction of urban government in Ho Chi Minh City.
