Criminalizing violations in the civil, economic, and administrative fields leaves very severe consequences and causes public doubt about the rule of law, integrity, and fairness of the judiciary. Therefore, completing the law to prevent and avoid criminalization of violations in the civil, economic and administrative fields is really necessary.
2. NGUYEN QUANG TUYEN - Comments on regulations on housing business, future construction works and land use rights business of the Draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended)
The article analyzes the content of some regulations in Chapter III and Chapter IV of the Draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended), pointing out some inappropriate, contradictory, overlapping points… On that basis, the author proposes a number of solutions to overcome and improve the quality of the Draft Law on Real Estate Business (amended).
3. DO HA ANH & DANG HUY HOANG - Agreement to restrict employment rights at work - Current legal situation and recommendations for improvement
The article researches and analyzes the agreement to restrict employment right between the employee and the employer, in order to make some suggestions and recommendations to improve the Vietnamese legal regulations on the agreement to restrict the employment right at work.
4. NGUYEN DINH VAN - Completing the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code on fines
Within the scope of the article, the author analyzes some limitations and inadequacies in the provisions of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on fines, and from there, proposes some amendments and supplements to improve regulations on this issue.

This article analyzes some inadequacies in the legal provisions on administrative sanctions for trading in goods of unknown source, origin and proposes completion solutions.
9. LAM BA KHANH TOAN & HUYNH THI CAM HONG - Comments on completing the Draft Decree on encouraging and protecting dynamic, creative cadres, who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good
In this article, on the basis of analyzing the content of the Draft Decree on encouraging and protecting dynamic, creative cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good, the authors point out a number of limitations and inadequacies of the provisions in the Draft, and at the same time propose solutions to improve this Draft in the near future.

Local governments play a key role in creating and strengthening an enabling environment for publicity and transparency regulations, accountability and monitoring mechanisms to be fully implemented. One of the important requirements is to ensure publicity and transparency in all these law enforcement activities.
12. NGUYEN THI THU HANG - Solutions to improve the efficiency of asset recovery in criminal cases related to corruption and economy
Asset recovery in corrupted and economic criminal cases is a process that goes through many stages from inspection, examination, audit, investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of civil judgments, each stage is a "link", in which civil judgment enforcement is the final stage of the proceedings, has an important position and is one of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of prevention, anti-corruption work, so it is necessary to regularly research, evaluate and propose solutions to improve this work.
13. CHAU THI VAN - Discussing the basis for establishing ownership through analyzing and commenting on a specific case
The article focuses on analyzing two bases for establishing ownership rights, including establishing ownership rights through the transfer of ownership rights and establishing ownership rights through establishing ownership rights according to the statute of limitations due to the possession without legal basis on the basis of commenting on a specific case, thereby, making a number of recommendations related to this issue.
