The 2006 Law on Donation, Removal and Transplantation of human tissues and organs and Donation and Recovery of cadavers, after nearly 17 years of implementation, has revealed inadequacies and problems that require evaluation of the implementation of a number of regulations, thereby recommending amendments and supplements to this Law accordingly.

5. LE THI LY - Improving the law on evasion of paying social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for workers
The article analyzes the legal regulations on the act of evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance payment for employees and handling violations of the law for this act, from there, proposes some solutions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of this work in the future.
6. TRAN LINH HUAN & PHAN THI KIM NGAN - Laws on preventing noise pollution - Current status and some recommendations for improvement
The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the necessity of preventing noise pollution, and at the same time, points out a number of limitations and inadequacies in the legal regulations on preventing noise pollution, from there making a number of recommendations to improve the law on this issue.

8. LE HO TRUNG HIEU & VU THI BICH HAI - Protection of intellectual property rights and personal data when using the ChatGPT tool
ChatGPT is currently the artificial intelligence software which is of primary concern not only in Vietnam but also around the world, but it also leads to many legal risks in protecting intellectual property rights and personal data of users. This article provides an overview of ChatGPT and direction for improving Vietnamese law on this issue.
9. TO HOAI SON - Law on human trafficking prevention and combat - Difficulties, obstacles and recommendations for completion
The article states the current situation of human trafficking crimes in recent times, which have been complicated. There are legal regulations on sanctions to handle specific human trafficking violations. However, in the process of law implementation, there are overlaps, conflicts, and no consensus. Some regulations are no longer consistent with reality and lack of feasibility. In this article, the author analyzes the difficulties and obstacles in the legal regulations on human trafficking prevention and combat, and on that basis proposes a number of recommendations to contribute to improvement.

Based on the research topic on “Theoretical issues about residential waste and waste treatment in residential areas” published in the Journal of Democracy and Law, Edition I - October 2023, this article discusses some basic requirements of compiling a group of environmental law terms in the Dictionary of Economic Law.

The article goes into depth research of some theoretical issues about applying waste treatment laws in residential areas, in order to provide theoretical information with useful reference value for competent state agencies in improving the quality and effectiveness of applying the law in environmental protection in general and waste treatment in residential areas in particular in our country.

The article analyzes the practice of implementing legal regulations on receiving and resolving denunciations and information about crimes by agencies assigned to conduct a number of investigative activities within the people’s police force to propose the improvement of the legal basis as well as ensuring favorable conditions for implementing this activity in the future.

18. DOAN VAN BINH - Experience in the development of social housing in some countries around the world and suggestions for Vietnam
Within the scope of the article, the author focuses on analyzing a number of social housing models that have been successfully applied in Singapore, Brunei, New Zealand, and Thailand, thereby proposing and suggesting some solutions for Vietnam in the process of implementing the Project "Investment and construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period 2021 - 2030" approved by the Prime Minister.
