Abstract: The article focuses on evaluating the level of compatibility in the regulations on international sale contracts of Vietnamese law compared with the 1980 Vienna Convention, from there, making a number of recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on this content.

Abstract: This article focuses to clarify a number of remaining problems and inadequacies in the regulations on handling collateral assets of credit institutions according to the Draft Law on Credit Institutions (amended), and from there, proposes some comments to contribute to improving regulations on this issue in the context of amending the current Law on Credit Institutions.

Abstract: This article researches, compares and evaluates the laws of China, Australia and France on regulations ensuring the independence of trial councils in administrative cases. On that basis, the author provides a complete legal framework to ensure the independence of the trial council in administrative cases.
13. NGUYEN THI HONG TRINH - Resolving climate change disputes in the Netherlands and experience for Vietnam
Abstract: This article analyzes and evaluates the impact of climate change lawsuits in the Netherlands to illustrate the model of a country with strong climate change dispute resolution activities, thereby drawing experience for Vietnam to contribute to improving the effectiveness of efforts to respond to climate change.
