Legal development trends are manifestations of the laws of legal development that have important methodological, theoretical and practical significance, associated with the construction of legal development strategy in our country; legal development trends are influenced by many different factors. The article studies and explores the trends of Vietnamese legal development in the new era, the rising era of nation.
2. TRINH DUY THUYEN - Legal regulations on collecting and preserving sources of evidence as electronic data - Some shortcomings and recommendations for improvement
The 2015 Criminal Procedure Code, amended and supplemented in 2021 (2015 Criminal Procedure Code) for the first time recognized electronic data as one of the sources of evidence used for proof in criminal proceedings. However, the Vietnamese legal system has not yet specified the order and procedures for collecting and preserving sources of evidence in the form of electronic data, which has led to some shortcomings in the practice of resolving criminal cases. This article studies and analyzes some issues regarding the collection and preservation of sources of evidence in the form of electronic data, thereby making some recommendations to improve this issue.
3. PHAM VAN CUONG - Improving the law on dispute resolution by commercial conciliation in Vietnam today
In recent times, legal documents on commercial conciliation have been issued and Implemented with many new regulations in line with international practices, creating more favorable conditions for commercial dispute resolution activities in Vietnam. However, in reality, the number of commercial disputes resolved by conciliation has not yet reached the expected level. This article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the difficulties and shortcomings in legal regulations on dispute resolution by commercial conciliation in Vietnam; thereby, making some recommendations for law completion to improve the effectiveness of dispute resolution by commercial conciliation in the coming time.

5. BUI THE THU- Current legal regulations on cryptocurrencies - Some issues for security and order protection
The article analyzes the current legal status of cryptocurrencies in Vietnam, including current regulations, limitations in the legal framework and challenges for the work of protecting security and order related to cryptocurrencies in Vietnam today. In addition, based on the study of the experience of some countries in the world in the process of building a legal framework for cryptocurrencies, the article makes some recommendations to improve the legal regulations on cryptocurrencies in the work of protecting security and order.
6. VU THI HONG PHUONG - Solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination between the police force investigating crimes on social order and other forces in investigating the scene of a murder case
The article focuses on analyzing the legal status of the coordination relationship between the police force investigating crimes of social order and other forces in investigating murder cases, thereby providing general assessments and some recommendations for law completion to improve the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.

7. HA CONG ANH BAO, LE THI PHUONG THAO & NGUYEN THI QUYNH TRANG - Quasi contract - Legal basis and proposal for application in Vietnam
The article analyzes the concept of quasi contract in the Common Law legal system and its similarities with some provisions in the Civil Code of Vietnam, and proposes the study and application of quasi contract in the Vietnamese legal system to improve the effectiveness of dispute resolution and protect the rights of the parties.
8. TAO NAM KHANH, BUI DONG NGUYEN PHUONG & NGUYEN CAO THAO - Personal data protection and privacy in the era of artificial intelligence - Views from the world and recommendations for Vietnam
The article analyzes the policies on personal data protection and privacy related to artificial intelligence (AI) in some countries around the world, from which, it gives some recommendations for Vietnam on this issue.
9. PHAM THI HOAI, HOANG THI PHUONG NAM & DAU HUYEN THUONG - Application of artificial intelligence in intellectual property protection - International experience and suggestions for Vietnam
The article studies and learns about artificial intelligence (AI), the necessity of applying AI in intellectual property rights (IP) protection from the experience of some countries and regions leading in applying AI to IP protection such as the United States, Europe, China... From there, the study gives some suggestions for applying AI in completing the law related to the application of AI in IP protection activities.
10. NGUYEN NAM TRUNG, NGUYEN HOANG LAN ANH & MAI NGOC MINH - Carbon tax and carbon border adjustment mechanism - International experience and suggested legal framework for Vietnam
The article studies and analyzes the experience of the United States, Japan, and Canada in designing and implementing carbon pricing policies, and points out gaps in Vietnamese law, especially in the Emissions Measurement and Monitoring System and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. On that basis, it proposes a roadmap for developing a carbon tax law, integrating the Measurement, Reporting, and Verification System, the Domestic Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, and a transparent tax management process, helping Vietnam to meet international standards, protect businesses, and to achieve the goal of net zero emissions by 2050.
11. PHAM TUNG SON, VU HOANG ANH & HO NGUYEN TAN DUNG - Establishing a model of specialized intellectual property court in Vietnam - Experience from Japan and the UK
This study compares the model of the Japanese specialized intellectual property high court and the flexible intellectual property court system in the UK, from which recommendations are drawn for Vietnam, proposing the establishment of specialized intellectual property courts in major economic centers, combining appropriate adjudication models to effectively protect intellectual property rights.
