4. LE HUYNH TAN DUY - Procedures for prosecuting legal entities for criminal liability according to the laws of Vietnam and some countries
The article analyzes and evaluates a number of legal provisions on criminal prosecution procedures against legal entities, and at the same time, studies the criminal procedure law of Korea, the Republic of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to make a proposal to improve the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code of Vietnam.
5. TRINH DUY THUYEN & PHAM ANH THU - Completing the law on the crime of fraud and appropriation of property in the cyber environment
This article discusses some limitations of the law in the process of preventing and combating fraudulent criminals appropriating property in the cyberspace environment, thereby, making a number of recommendations and proposals for the improving Vietnamese laws in order to effectively prevent and combat this type of crime.

6. HOANG THI THANH HOA - Law violation acts of subjects who have a coordination relationship with civil judgment execution agencies and execution officers
This article analyzes in depth a number of violations by agencies, organizations and individuals having coordination relationship with civil judgment execution agencies, execution officers and problems still encountered in handling violations, thereby giving some recommendations to overcome this situation, contributing to improving the efficiency of judgment execution.
7. PHAN THANH DONG - Evaluation of expert opinion conclusions according to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015
The article researches and analyzes the criteria for evaluating expertise conclusions of assessors by competent authorities conducting proceedings such as the investigating agencies, the procuracies, and the courts in accordance with the provisions of the current Criminal Procedure Code. On the basis of considering the difficulties in the assessment of expertise conclusions, the author makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this activity in the investigation and trial of criminal cases.
8. TRAN LINH HUAN & PHAM THI HONG TAM - Some new points in regulations on waste management and control of other pollutants under the Law on Environmental Protection of 2020
The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating and clarifying some new points of the Law on Environmental Protection of 2020 in regulations on waste management and control of other pollutants.

9. NGUYEN HAI YEN - Anti-corruption mechanism based on Japan’s experience and suggestions for Vietnam
Over the years, Japan has continuously built and completed the legal system to promote the effectiveness of anti-corruption work and is one of the few Asian countries with high rankings in the transparency index as well as low corruption rates. The article focuses on analyzing the important outstanding contents of the law, the anti-corruption mechanism, giving an assessment and suggestive perspective for Vietnam.
