This article evaluates the conditions for applying case law in settling civil cases and makes recommendations to improve legal regulations on this issue.

The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the practical implementation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code on special investigative procedural measures applied to crimes related to corruption, based on this, coming up with an orientation to complete the criminal procedure law and improve the effectiveness of these measures in our country in the coming time.
10. VO THI THANH NGUYEN - Actual situation and solutions to improve the quality of return of additional investigation documents at the trial stage
The article discusses the reality of returning additional investigation files to the trial stage in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015, from which, proposes some solutions to improve the quality of this activity.
