COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT LAW OF LAND (AMENDED)
1. NGUYEN QUANG TUYEN & NGUYEN HAI DANG - Comment on the content of the planning and land use plan of the Draft Land Law (amended)
The article studies the contents of the provisions of Chapter V on planning and land use plan in the Draft Land Law (amended) in order to assess and identify points of contradiction, overlapping or general provisions, lack of detail and specificity. On that basis, the article proposes amendments and supplements to improve the quality of the Draft Law in general and regulations on land use planning and plans in particular.
2. BUI THE HUNG - Comment on the content of granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets of the Draft Land Law (amended)
In the article, the author analyzes and comments on the content of regulations on granting certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets of the Draft Land Law (amended) to identify some inappropriate points, from there, making recommendations and suggestions to improve regulations on this content.
3. TRAN LINH HUAN & PHAM THI HONG TAM - Completing the law on compensation, support and resettlement in the Draft Land Law (amended)
The article focuses on clarifying the shortcomings of the 2013 Land Law on compensation, support and resettlement, thereby making some recommendations and suggestions for improving the Draft Land Law (amended).
4. NGUYEN THI THAO - Promoting the role of Ede customary law in the practice of land law implementation in Dak Lak province
The article studies the correlation between the Ede customary law and the current land law, thereby proposing some measures to promote the role of the Ede customary law in the practice of land law implementation.

5. TRUONG HONG QUANG & DUONG THU HUONG - Current law on the rights of people with disabilities in Vietnam
People with disabilities have the same needs and rights as people without disabilities, which are reflected in their civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights. The article contributes to providing a number of research results, achievements as well as issues posed to the law on the rights of people with disabilities in our country today.
6. NGUYEN THI KIM TUYEN & VU HONG NAM - Problems in regulations on social housing and some recommendations
Current reality shows that buying, selling and developing social housing is still facing certain difficulties and inadequacies. In this article, the author analyzes the current situation and makes some recommendations to improve the law on social housing.
7. NGUYEN DUY TUNG - Improving the effectiveness of crime prevention activities to appropriate property in cyberspace in the current period
The article summarizes the situation, analyzes methods and tricks of fraudulent criminals to appropriate property in cyberspace, thereby offering some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the prevention of this type of crime in the next time.
8. PHAM THANH TU - Discussing the basis of criminal prosecution for corrupt acts of commercial legal entities
This article studies the legal basis, practice and international experience on criminal prosecution for corrupt acts of commercial legal entities in particular and legal entities in general, in order to propose improvement of the law on this issue.
9. BUI THANH TRUNG & VU THI HONG PHUONG - Coordination relationship between forces in the investigation of murder crime scenes in accordance with current Vietnamese law
Within the scope of this article, the authors focus on clarifying the legal basis for the coordination relationship between the forces in the murder crime scene examination, and at the same time, raise the current situation and propose solutions to contribute to the improvement of this cooperation relationship in the near future.
10. DINH THANH AN - Cryptocurrencies and problems with state management of cybersecurity forces and high-tech crime prevention and control
The article gives a view on virtual currency, electronic currency, and cryptocurrency and assesses its impacts on cybersecurity, financial and monetary security, and challenges for state management agencies in formulating and promulgating policies to effectively manage this field in Vietnam.
