The principles of honesty and goodwill serve as the foundation of every transaction. However, the legal system, contract law of the UK and Vietnam have different approaches to expressing information obligations according to this principle in contract negotiations which need to be researched and learned from experience.

The article researches and comments on the mechanisms and legal regulations of the United States related to selection, appointment, term, salary, judicial activities and responsibilities, and disciplinary mechanisms for judges, in order to clarify the independent position of US judges, thereby providing reference values for Vietnam.
