The Law on Marriage and Family of 2014 stipulates that cases of marriage registration violating the conditions of marriage registration are considered illegal marriages and shall be handled. In this article, the author analyzes cases of handling requests to cancel illegal marriages as well as shortcomings and problems encountered.

The new Decree on the organization and operation of bailiff has inherited the still relevant regulations, but also has new points compared to the previous decrees on the organization and operation of bailiff, especially in the field of execution of judgments and decisions. In the scope of this article, the author analyzes, clarifies new points, and at the same time, would like to discuss some more ideas related to the execution of judgments of bailiff.
10. NGUYEN QUANG THAI & TRAN THI HAI - Completing the organizational and operational model of the local justice agencies
Over the past years, in order to meet the requirements of the renovation cause, with the attention of the Party and State, the try and effort of the whole branch, the system of justice agencies in the country has been gradually strengthened and consolidated. The local justice agencies have affirmed their position and role in the state agency system and in social life. However, in addition to the results achieved, the organization and operation of the local justice agencies have also revealed certain limitations that need to be improved, especially in the face of the requirements of renovation and the apparatus organization arrangement of the political system.
