2. NGUYEN THI LE HUYEN - Shortcomings in procedures for surrogacy for humanitarian purposes and proposal improving of the law
The article analyzes a number of shortcomings in regulations on procedures proposing surrogacy for humanitarian purposes according to current Vietnamese law. On that basis, the author proposes a number of recommendations in order to improve the law on this issue.
3. ĐINH VAN CUONG - Performing a commercial contract when circumstances change fundamentally according to Vietnamese law
Regional and international economic integration is bringing Vietnam many development opportunities, but also many new challenges. Besides, the Covid-19 epidemic, natural disasters and wars have been increasingly complicated in many countries around the world, making the process of implementing commercial contracts need to be adjusted in time. This article analyzes the current Vietnamese law on signs that identify a fundamental change in circumstances when performing a commercial contract, the legal behaviors that the parties can take to maintain the contract and avoid incurring civil liability for breach of contract.
4. NGUYEN QUANG ANH - Basic characteristics of the legal profession
Lawyer is a special profession, derived from the principle of citizens' equal rights before the law, the rule of law, democracy in adjudication, independent judiciary and effective law enforcement. Therefore, a lawyer is not only a person with pure legal qualifications, but also must have appropriate ethics and professional skills. This article researches and analyzes to point out the basic characteristics of the legal profession.
5. VU HOANG - Cancellation of commercial arbitral awards according to Vietnamese law and some recommendations
In recent years, the method of settling disputes by commercial arbitration has been increasingly chosen by the business community in Vietnam. However, the resolution of the dispute by arbitration is facing the risk that the arbitral award is cancelled. This is also a constant concern of enterprises when choosing to settle disputes by arbitration. The following article studies the current situation of cancelling commercial arbitral awards under the current Vietnamese law and proposing some recommendations.

Information publicity and transparency in economic groups has really become an effective tool to ensure the sustainable and efficient development of enterprises. In the scope of this article, the author analyzes the current situation, the problems posed and the solution to complete the law on information publicity and transparency in economic groups in Vietnam.
7. LE THI THU THUY - Bad debts and the protection of the interests of the lending bank according to the law of the Russian Federation
This article analyzes the problem of bad debts and the protection of the debt collection rights of commercial banks by a number of measures according to the law of the Russian Federation, on that basis, to draw experience lessons for Vietnam.

This article discusses the application of the law on property rights of husband and wife towards a third party as well as their obligations to others, thereby proposing the improvement of the law to consistently understand and apply the system.
11. NGUYEN LE TRONG TAM - New regulations of the Youth Law of 2020 and implementation solutions
On 16th June 2020, at the 9th session, the 14th National Assembly officially passed the Youth Law of 2020 (effective from 01/01/2021). In the scope of this article, the author focuses on analyzing the need to promulgate Youth Law of 2020, some new points of the Law, and at the same time, proposing solutions for implementation.

In the scope of the article, the author has analyzed the situation of law violations related to the management of protective forest land, pointing out the limitations and problems in the management and use of protective forest land in Can Gio district, thereby, proposing a number of solutions to improve the law on management and use of protective forest land.
