This article provides basic and general knowledge about e-voting, opportunities and challenges for e-voting and its applicability in Vietnam.
2. LE VINH CHAU - Completing the law on verification of judgment execution conditions in order to improve the efficiency of civil judgment execution
There are many factors affecting the efficiency of civil judgment execution, in which, verifying complete and accurate information on the conditions for performing the obligations of the judgment debtor is one of the very important factors. However, the practice of civil judgment execution in recent years shows that the legal provisions still have some shortcomings, which need to be improved. The following article will focus more on this issue.
3. TRAN VIET DUNG - Some recommendations to improve the law on children’s nationality
The Law on Vietnamese Nationality of 2008 (amended and supplemented with a number of articles in 2014) and its guiding documents are an important legal basis in resolving issues related to nationality in general and nationality of children in particular. However, in the process of implementation, the law on children's nationality has revealed certain limitations, affecting children's rights. In this article, the author analyzes some limitations and proposes some recommendations to improve the law on children's nationality in order to contribute to the protection of children's rights.
4. LAM TO TRANG - Completing the law on the effective time of housing donation contracts
This article presents the legal provisions of the forms of contracts, then analyzes the effective time of contract in the general cases and some specific contracts related to the immovable property donation, for example, donation contract of land use rights and houses; after that, recommends the improvement of current Vietnamese legal provisions on the effective time of the house donation contract.

6. TRAN THI THU HANG - Completing the legal framework on virtual currency in Vietnam
In many countries around the world, virtual currency has been accepted as a means of payment and is recognized as a special product of service and goods. In Vietnam, is virtual currency defined as legal property, regulated as a means of payment? In the article, the author analyzes the current legal situation on this issue, thereby giving some suggestions to contribute to completing the law on virtual currency in Vietnam in the near future.
7. NGUYEN MINH HANG & NGUYEN THU TRANG - Completing the law on invoices and documents in the field of value-added tax in Vietnam
In Vietnam, although there have been many legal documents regulating invoices and documents in the field of value-added tax, these regulations still have many problems that need to be further researched and completed. In this article, the authors point out a number of outstanding problems and inadequacies, thereby proposing solutions that can be applied in the future.

9. NGUYEN THI NGA - Violating the law on consumer protection during the Covid-19 pandemic - Current situation and solutions
The outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic has caused an unprecedented crisis and concussion on a global scale, leaving extremely heavy consequences on all aspects of the economy, society and development of all countries, including Vietnam. Although it has achieved great results in the prevention and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is highly appreciated by countries around the world and international organizations, Vietnam has been facing many risks, challenges and the consequences caused by the Covid-19 epidemic have profound impacts, changing many aspects of social life. The following article analyzes and evaluates violations of consumers' rights during the Covid-19 epidemic from a legal perspective.
10. NGUYEN THI NGA & HOANG MINH CHIEN - Notarization of mortgage contract of land use rights and some issues arising in the practice
Mortgage transactions of land use rights at credit institutions to borrow capital to serve production, business or consumption activities are dominant in current secured transactions. This transaction is required to establish a written contract, notarized or authenticated and registered at a competent state agency. However, the process of notarizing the land use right mortgage contract is currently generating many problems, which are caused by the inadequacy of the law on mortgage of land use rights.
11. NGUYEN DUC TUAN - Developing and strengthening the capacity of the auctioneer team in Quang Binh province
Within the scope of this article, the author mentions the status and results of the implementation of the Project "Development and capacity building of the auctioneer team for the period 2013 - 2015, orientation to 2020", the difficulties, problems and propose some solutions, recommendations and proposals to develop property auction activities in Quang Binh province in the coming time.

Currently, countries around the world clearly see the urgent need to detect, prevent and thoroughly handle terrorist financing networks. The following article introduces Thailand's Law on Prevention and Control of Terrorism Financing and draws experience for Vietnam.
