The article gives an overview of some administrative reform aspects in Korea, from which draws advantages and disadvantages and gives some experiences to build a mechanism for evaluating the performance of administrative agencies in Vietnam.

Controlling cash flow, money laundering, terrorist financing and tax operations of multinational companies is an important task of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. This article analyzes and assesses the role and control policies of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development on tax evasion activities of multinational companies.
6. NGUYEN THI DIEM ANH - Current practice of organization and operation of social enterprises in Vietnam
Over the past six years, since the effective date of the 2014 Enterprise Law, social enterprises in Vietnam have a rich range and scope of activities, and contribute to creating a wave of social enterprise development in Vietnam. However, most social enterprises are small in number and not much, so the contribution of social enterprises to the economy - society is also quite modest.

The article points out some limitations in law implementation organization and suggests some solutions that contribute to completing the law on law implementation organization in Vietnam today.

This paper analyzes the implementation of the law on gender equality and the prevention and fighting against gender-based violence with the achieved results, some shortcomings, limitations and causes. Since then, it has proposed solutions to enhance the effective implementation of the law on gender equality and the prevention and fighting against gender-based violence in Vietnam today.
9. BUI NGUYEN PHUONG LE - Provisions on conditions of land use right seizure and application practice
The condition of land use right seizure is a very important content, laying the foundation for the process of seizuring assets as the land use right. In order to seizure and handle land use rights, executors must determine the conditions of seizure in specific cases. This paper analyzes legal provisions and practices applicable to land use seizure conditions, thereby proposing solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of civil judgment execution.
10. NGUYEN THI PHUONG - Getting married when either one party or both parties lose the ability of awareness, behavior control and solutions
The 2014 Law on Marriage and Family stipulates the conditions for both men and women to register marriage. In particular, there are conditions that make people wonder whether one or both parties are incapable of civil acts but have not had a decision of the Court. This article analyzes the problems and provides solutions to this case.
11. NGUYEN DANG PHU - Smuggling situation in the Southeast Domain and solutions
The paper focuses on studying the causes of smuggling situation in the Southeast Domain, from there, proposing some solutions to prevent smuggling crimes in this area.
