The article analyzes the need to protect the transfer objects in the franchise contract, highlights the legal status of the protection of the transfer objects in the franchise relationship and some recommendations to improve the law on this issue.
7. PHAN NU HIEN OANH - Handling valid contracts of enterprises which are insolvent under bankruptcy law
This article clarifies shortcomings of regulations on handling valid contracts of enterprises which are insolvent under the current bankruptcy law of Vietnam. From those findings, the article will suggest some recommendations to complete the law on this issue.

8. NGUYEN THI HUONG GIANG - Subjects verifying conditions for judgment execution
According to the provisions of Vietnamese law, in every period, the law has its own regulations on subjects verifying conditions for judgment execution. Currently, in Vietnam, there exists the parallel of the three subjects conducting this activity: executors, bailiffs and judgment creditors. In the article, the author analyzes the subject verifying the conditions for judgment execution in accordance with current law and makes recommendations to complete the law on this issue.
9. NGUYEN THANH THUY - New point on verifying conditions of judgment execution of the bailiff
Within the scope of this article, the author analyzes and clarifies new points on verifying the conditions for judgment execution of the bailiff under the Government's Decree on the organization and operation of bailiffs; at the same time, discussing some more issues related to this content.
10. NGUYEN THI HOANG GIANG & NGUYEN THANH NAM - Actual situation of administrative judgment execution and some recommendations
Based on the assessment of the current status of administrative judgment execution, clarifying the achieved results together with the shortcomings, limitations and causes of the shortcomings, limitations, the article proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative judgment execution in the next time.
11. LE TIEN HOANG & TRINH DUY THUYEN - Preventive measures for people under 18 years old according to the Criminal Procedure Code of 2015
Within the scope of this article, the authors want to discuss the shortcomings in the provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on preventive measures for people under 18 years old and make some suggestions and recommendations in order to improve the law.
