1. LE THI LUYEN - Institutionalizing the provisions of the Constitution of 2013 on property ownership
In our country, the Constitution of 2013 demonstrates the recognition and respect for the diversity of ownership forms, and protects private ownership rights. After the Constitution of 2013 was promulgated, basically, the Vietnamese legal system has been built, completed and relatively fully institutionalized with constitutional principles on property ownership.
2. TRAN NGUYEN QUANG HA - Completion of Vietnamese legal regulations on protection of the rights of disabled workers
In Vietnam, the rights of disabled workers have been cared for and protected by the State and are specified in the Labor Code and the Law on disabled people. However, in practice, these policies have not yet developed all efficiency. The article clarifies the rights of disabled workers specified in the Vietnamese labor law to propose ideas for better contribution to improve the Vietnamese labor law on disabled people.

5. TRAN TUAN SON - Ensuring the right to freedom of association and collective negotiation of workers in Vietnam according to the requirements of the CPTPP and EVFTA Agreement
The article analyzes the provisions of Vietnamese law on the right of freedom of association and negotiation from a comparative perspective with the requirements of the CPTPP and EVFTA Agreement and thereby, giving a number of solutions to improve the provisions of Vietnamese law on this issue.
6. NGUYEN MINH THU - Inadequacies of the law on liability insurance for damages caused by environmental pollution of enterprises in Vietnam and recommendations for improvement
The article analyzes some shortcomings and limitations in the current Vietnamese legal provisions on liability insurance for damages caused by environmental pollution of the enterprise and gives some recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on this issue.

This article will contribute to clarify the concept and characteristics of product liability.

Along with sanctions for breaches of civil and commercial contract obligations, the law also provides a number of exclusions of liability for contract breaches, including the exclusion of liability for damages. The article analyzes and evaluates the current legal situation of Vietnam on this issue and compares it with the law of the French Republic to see similarities and differences.

In this article, the author outlines and analyzes the views from judicial practice about the notary organization's liability to compensate for damages when certifying the contract with forged elements declared invalid by the Court, at the same time raises personal views and proposes directions to improve the law for uniform application in the judicial activities of the Courts.
