3. NGUYEN QUANG TUYEN & NGUYEN THI PHUONG LAN - Current problems of the real estate market from a legal perspective
The article identifies the current problems of the real estate market in Vietnam from a legal perspective in the context of the 2023 Housing Law, the 2023 Real Estate Business Law, and the 2024 Land Law, which are issued and take effect from August 1, 2024. From there, the article recommends to overcome these problems to promote the smooth, transparent, and healthy development of the real estate market.

The article focuses on analyzing the position and functions of the National Assembly, assessing the limitations and difficulties of a number of regulations on the organization and operation of the National Assembly of Vietnam, thereby proposing solutions and recommendations to improve legal regulations on this content in accordance with the orientation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated November 9th, 2022 of the 6th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and complete the socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam in the new period.

The article analyzes the shortcomings in organizing the implementation of legal propaganda, dissemination and education according to current institutions, policies and laws, thereby proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of this work for ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
12. LE BINH PHUONG - Investigating criminal cases of intentionally causing injury or harm to the health of others according to the provisions of Article 134 of the Penal Code 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2017)
The article focuses on studying some basic theoretical issues on investigating criminal cases of intentionally causing injury or harm to the health of others as prescribed in Article 134 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017), thereby proposing some solutions to improve the capacity and effectiveness of the fight against this type of crime in the new situation.

The article discusses theoretical issues related to carbon tax, the polluter pays principle and the relationship between the polluter pays principle and carbon tax, thereby suggesting research on carbon tax policy in Vietnam.
