1. TRAN VAN DUNG - Mechanism of assignment, coordination and control among entities in asset recovery activities of economic and corruption criminal cases
The article briefly discusses asset recovery, the subjects performing the asset recovery function in economic and corruption cases, and analyzes some limitations in the assignment, coordination and control between subjects in this work, on that basis, the author makes recommendations and suggestions.
2. DO THI HANG PHUONG - Applying Han Phi Tu’s theory of rule of law to establish a contingent of cadres with integrity qualities
The doctrine of the rule of law is a collection of Han Phi Tu's thought is expressed through arguments, views, methods and ways of governing the country, in which the spirit of upholding the law and using the law to manage the state and society. This article analyzes the content of "Art" in Han Phi Tu's doctrine of the rule of law and proposes ways to apply it in building and maintaining a contingent of cadres with integrity, serving the establishment of the Vietnamese socialist rule of law today.
3. LE DUY TUONG - Completing legal institution on the State President according to the Constitution of 2013
The institution of the State President in the 2013 Constitution has undergone progressive changes, consistent with the characteristics of political institutions and the organizational model of the state apparatus of Vietnam. This article makes a number of proposals to improve the law in order to concretize the institution of the State President in the Constitution, the original law of the country, the foundation for making other common laws.
4. NGUYEN XUAN QUANG & TRAN NGỌC TUAN - General provisions on housing transactions and solutions for law completion
Housing transactions always develop along with economic and social development. This poses to the legal system that appropriate changes are needed to timely adjust to that development. The article will analyze the general provisions of the current law on civil transactions for housing, point out unreasonable points in the conditions for establishing transactions and propose some solutions to improve the law on housing in Vietnam.

5. NGUYEN THI DUNG - Amendment of the structure of the Commercial Law of 2005 in the current context
The Commercial Law of 2005 promulgated is an important contribution in completing commercial law to meet the requirements of integration, creating a legal corridor to promote trade development. After 16 years of implementation, the Commercial Law of 2005 has revealed many shortcomings. This article evaluates the uniformity and suitability of the Commercial Law of 2005 and proposes to improve the structure of the Law in accordance with the current context.
6. DO XUAN MINH - Law on licensing telecommunication service business in Vietnam - Current situation and solutions
After 11 years of implementation of the Law on Telecommunications of 2009, the regulations on licensing telecommunication services play an important role in selecting investors to ensure conditions for a business type with many peculiarities such as telecommunication services. This article analyzes and assesses the current state of law and law enforcement practice on licensing telecommunication services in Vietnam, points out limitations, inadequacies and causes, from which, proposes solutions to improve the law on licensing telecommunication services in Vietnam today.
7. DAO NGUYEN HUONG DUYEN - The right to initiate a lawsuit to claim compensation for the enterprise’s act of polluting the water environment
This article analyzes the current Vietnamese legal provisions on the victim's right to sue in cases of enterprises causing water pollution, pointing out some shortcomings of the law on this issue, from which, proposing solutions for law completion to create conditions for victims to exercise their right to sue.

8. NGUYEN THU TRANG - Copyright protection for online newspaper works in Vietnam today
Copyright is the right of an organization or individual to a work they create or own. Copyright protection for online newspapers is currently a big challenge for authors, press agencies and state management agencies. The article is concerned with provisions of Vietnamese law on copyright protection for electronic newspaper works, the current situation and solutions to strengthen copyright protection for electronic newspaper work.
9. CHU THI NGOC & TRAN DANG NGOC SON - Detecting and dealing with corruption in the court’s adjudication activities
Prevention and anti-corruption in the court's adjudication activities is aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions giving rise to corruption, detecting, preventing and promptly handling corrupt acts committed by competent persons with judicial powers and duties intentionally performed with profit motive in the process of adjudicating criminal cases, civil cases, matters, business, commerce, labor, administration and other matters under jurisdiction of the Court, contributing to ensure justice, protecting human rights, social order and discipline. This article clarifies the characteristics of the work of detecting and dealing with corruption in adjudication activities, thereby, proposing some effective measures to detect and handle corruption in the adjudication activities of the Court.
10. HAI THI THU TRANG & NGUYEN THI QUYNH TRANG - Models of people participating in court adjudication activities in the world and suggestions for Vietnam
People's participation in the judicial activities of the Court is recognized by many countries and many different models have been established. Through this article, the author analyzes the models of people participating in the court's adjudication activities in some countries, thereby, giving some suggestions for this model in Vietnam.
11. PHAM THI HUYEN - Enhancing the role of lawyers in criminal proceedings
In procedural activities, in addition to protecting the defense rights of the accused, defendants, victims..., lawyers also make an important contribution to determining the objective truth of the case, helping agencies to conduct the proceedings against the right person, according to the law, and not to omit crimes... However, in practice, the awareness of the role of the lawyer is still limited. This article analyzes the role of lawyers, thereby, offers some solutions to improve the role of lawyers in criminal proceedings.
